What is the 365 night sleep trial?
Nectar mattresses include a 365-day trial period, which is three times longer than most industry trials. This allows customers a full year from delivery to determine if the Nectar mattress is suitable. It is recommended to take the first 30 days to adjust to the mattress's support and comfort. If the mattress is not a perfect fit, photographic evidence may be required to process a return.
Can I clean Nectar's Cover?
For spills and light accidents, spot clean the cover immediately with a damp cloth and mild detergent or hand soap, ensuring liquid does not reach the underlying foam layers. For tougher stains, an upholstery or spot cleaner can be used. It is not recommended to remove the mattress cover entirely, as this may damage the foam layers and void all warranties. Keeping the cover intact helps maintain the mattress's integrity for long-term enjoyment. For easier maintenance, Nectar recommends using a stain and water-resistant mattress protector, which can be laundered periodically to keep the mattress in optimal condition.
How firm is the Nectar mattress?
Nectar mattresses are described as plush yet highly supportive. On a 1-10 firmness scale, where 1 is a feather pillow and 10 is a cement floor, Nectar is rated a 6.5. The mattress is designed to provide excellent long-term support combined with comfortable top-layer cushioning.
