This splitter reliably distributes one HDMI source signal to two HDMI outputs. Especially when you have one 4K TV and one 1080P TV, both HDMI outputs can down scaler to 1080P if you have 4K source. Connect one cable from HDMI source devices to HDMI Splitter input. 2. Connect one cable from each display (monitor or projector) to the HDMI Splitter outputs. Note: When you have 4K HDMI source device, but 1080P HDMI display device, please connect 1080P display to HDMI OUT2. PACKING LIST 1. HDMI Splitter x1 2. USB Power cable x1 3. User Manual x1 TROUBLE SHOOTING 1. POWER: Make sure all HDMI source, display devices are powered on. For power up issue, please change power adapter or power device. 2. INDICATOR: Check LED indicators of splitter are on 3. DEVICES: Make sure picture can be shown normally when connecting HDMI source to display devices directly. 4. CABLE: Plug in and out HDMI 2.0 cable or change another HDMI cable. When transmit HDMI 4K@60Hz (4:4:4) signal, HDMI 2.0 certificated cables is required. Suggest use HDMI 2.0 cable is less than 3 meter. If HDMI signal issue, please change HDMI cable; Check if TV HDMI input port is consistent with TV output channel; Check if Fiber HDMI cable SOURCE/ DISPLAY port plug to correct HDMI source, display device. 5. EDID: AUTO EDID; Supports HDMI 4K and 1080P output simultaneously. Set EDID to 4K mode when play Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision in Sync. Connect 4K TV to Splitter OUT 1, Soundbar/ Receiver to Splitter OUT2. NOTE: Please make sure HDMI Source support both of Dolby Vision & Dolby Atmos in advance; HDMI display devices support Dolby Vision; Soundbar/ Receive support Dolby Atmos at least, then HDMI Splitter can support both accordingly. To ensure TV play 4K and sound well, default EDID mode is on COPY. Please connect 4K TV to Splitter OUT 1. EDID copy OUT 1 prior. If picture flash or black screen, please press and hold the UPDATE button for 3 seconds until LED indicator blink 3 times for resetting. DO NOT down-scale HDR Dolby Vision (4K60 4:2:2), VRR, otherwise SCREEN WASH OUT. Does Not support ARC, eARC. Does not support SONOS ARC Beam. 6. COMPATIBILITY: Please test other source and display devices to determine whether it is a compatibility issue. HDMI splitter does not extend screen, only COPY/ Mirror. Does not support CEC. 7. The newest firmware 1.75 version supports VRR, PS5, 4K 60Hz, 1080p 120Hz, but does not support down-scaler. If you need the newest firmware, please contact seller to get it. Notes Please use this machine based on below instructions to keep longer lifetime. 1. The machine should be placed at the spot far away from the Damp, HighTemperature, Dusty, Erosive, and Oxidant environment. 2. All parts will be free from the strong shake, hit, fall. 3. Touching the device with the wet hands is prohibited. 4. Please turn power off when machine is not used for long time. 5. Please do not open the cover and do not touch the inside parts. 6.
