Charging and Activation
Before using the watch for the first time, ensure it is fully charged. If the charging icon does not appear, continue charging for 10 minutes.
- Use the included magnetic charging cable to attach it to the metal contact points on the back of the watch for charging.
- This product does not include a power adapter. For safety, use a computer USB interface or a power adapter with an output not exceeding 5V - 1A. Purchase power adapters through legitimate channels and avoid low-quality or counterfeit adapters to prevent damage, explosions, or fires.
- Do not charge in a humid environment. Regularly clean the watch body with a dry cloth to ensure the cleanliness of the magnetic charging port and cable for normal charging.
App Download and Connection
- Download and Install 'Da Fit' App: Scan the QR code in this manual, scan the QR code on the watch, or search for 'Da Fit' in your app store.
- Connect the Smartwatch:
- Turn on Bluetooth on your phone.
- Open the 'Da Fit' app. (If the app cannot be opened, enable location services on your phone first).
- Tap 'Device' -> 'Add Device'.
- Select the corresponding device that appears in the search results (find the Bluetooth name and MAC address in the watch's 'Settings' -> 'About').
- Tap 'Connect'.
- Connect Bluetooth Calling/Audio:
- Bluetooth calling and music functions are disabled by default.
- On the watch, swipe down to the 'Control Center', enter 'Settings', tap the 'Calling' icon, and turn on calling and audio Bluetooth to enable these features.
Features
- Dial Switch: On the main screen, long press for 2 seconds to enter the watch face switching interface. Swipe left and right to switch faces, and tap to confirm. Custom watch faces can be uploaded via the app.
- Sports Data: Displays daily steps, distance, and calories. Set step, distance, and calorie goals in the app.
- Sleep: Displays daily sleep monitoring status. Data synchronizes with the app for recalculation.
- Heart Rate: Enter the measurement interface, tap to start. The bottom sensor light will illuminate. Measurement takes about 60 seconds with a vibration reminder upon completion. Ensure the watch is worn correctly if 'Not wearing the watch' is displayed.
- Blood Pressure: Enter the measurement interface. The bottom sensor light will illuminate. Measurement takes 30-60 seconds with a vibration reminder upon completion.
- SPO2 (Blood Oxygen): Enter the measurement interface. The bottom sensor light will illuminate. Measurement takes 30-60 seconds with a vibration reminder upon completion.
- Message Notification: Syncs notifications from common social apps. Enable/disable sync in the app.
- Weather: Displays real-time weather and temperature, plus weekly forecasts when connected to the app.
- Sports: Supports over 100 sports modes (walking, running, cycling, etc.). Tap the icon to start. View detailed data in the app.
- Music: Control your phone's music player when connected to the app.
- Timer: System presets common timer intervals. Tap custom button to set time.
- Alarm: Set single or recurring alarms via the app.
- Stopwatch: Tap 'Start' to begin, 'Pause' to stop, and 'Reset' to zero.
- Find Phone: Tap 'Find Phone' in the app. Your phone will ring if connected. If not connected, a prompt will appear.
- Settings: Includes Display (Brightness, Sleep, Watch face, Menu View, Wrist Raise), DND Mode, Low Power Mode, Vibrate & Ring, Phone, System, About.
- Control Center: Access Do Not Disturb Mode, Power Saving Mode, Brightness Adjustment, Vibrate & Ring, Electronic Business Card, and Settings.
- Sedentary Reminder: Enable 'Reminders to Move' in the app to receive hourly break reminders.

Common Issues
- Watch cannot be turned on: Long press the power button for over 3 seconds. The battery may be low and require charging.
- Bluetooth connection issues:
- Restart the watch and try reconnecting.
- Restart your phone's Bluetooth and try again.
- Avoid connecting your phone to other Bluetooth devices simultaneously.
- Bluetooth disconnection will disable call, message, and data syncing functions.
- Inaccurate manual heart rate/blood oxygen/blood pressure measurements:
- Ensure the watch sensor has proper contact with the wrist during measurement.
- Ensure the sensor maintains full contact with the wrist.
- Inaccurate sleep data:
- Sleep monitoring relies on correct device wearing and user self-recognition of sleep/wake times.
- Wearing the device too late or falling asleep too quickly may affect accuracy.
- Sleep monitoring defaults to nighttime tracking from 10 PM to 8 AM.

FCC Warning
This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate the equipment.
Note: This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a residential installation. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. However, there is no guarantee that interference will not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or television reception, which can be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of the following measures:
- Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.
- Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
- Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the receiver is connected.
- Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician for help.
The device has been evaluated to meet general RF exposure requirements and can be used in portable exposure conditions without restriction.
