Features
- Dial Switch: Swipe left and right to switch watch faces. Press and hold the main screen for 2 seconds to enter the watch face switch. You can push custom watch faces through the app.
- Sports: Supports 100+ sports modes like walking, running, cycling, skipping, and basketball. Click the icon to start exercising. More detailed content is available when connected to the app.
- Data: Displays steps, distance, and calories recorded for the day. Goals can be set in the app. When connected to the app, data synchronizes, and the device recalculates daily data.
- Sleep: Displays the sleep monitoring status for the day, with data updated daily.
- Weather: When connected to the app, displays real-time weather and temperature, as well as the week's weather conditions.
- Music: When connected to the app, you can control the phone's music player.
- Timer: System presets common timer intervals. Click to quickly time. Click the custom button to set the time.
- Stopwatch: Click 'Start' to begin, 'Pause' to pause, and 'Reset' to return to zero.
- Heart rate: Enter the heart rate measurement interface, click to start. The bottom test light will illuminate. Measurement takes about 60 seconds, with a vibration reminder upon completion. If 'Not wearing the watch' is displayed, re-wear the watch.
- Blood pressure: Enter the blood pressure measurement interface. The bottom test light will illuminate. Measurement takes 30-60 seconds, with a vibration reminder upon completion.
- SpO2: Enter the blood oxygen measurement interface. The bottom test light will illuminate. Measurement takes 30-60 seconds, with a vibration reminder upon completion.
- Message Notifications: The watch can sync notifications from common social apps. Enable/disable sync notifications in the app.
- Alarm: After connecting to the app, set single or recurring alarms.
- Find Phone: When connected to the app, click 'Find Phone' and the phone will ring. If not connected, a prompt will appear.
- Control Center: Includes DND Mode, Low Power Mode, Vibrate & Ring, Phone, System, About. Swipe down on the watch face to access it.
- Settings: Includes Display (Brightness, Sleep, Watch face, Menu View, Wrist Raise), Control Center (Do Not Disturb Mode, Power Saving Mode, Brightness Control, Flashlight, Electronic Business Card, Settings).
- Sedentary reminder: Enable 'Reminders to Move' in the app to receive hourly break reminders.
Charging and Activation
- Before first use, ensure the watch is fully charged. If the charging icon doesn't appear, charge for 10 minutes.
- Attach the magnetic charging cable to the metal contact points on the back of the watch.
- This product does not include a power adapter. Use a computer USB interface or a power adapter with an output not exceeding 5V - 1A. Purchase adapters through legitimate channels and avoid low-quality or counterfeit ones.
- Do not charge in humid environments. Clean the watch body and charging port regularly with a dry cloth.
Buttons and Touch
- Button 1: Long-press to turn on/off. Click to turn the screen on/off. Single-click to access the function menu. Click on other interfaces to return. Double-click the function menu to switch UI style.
- Button 2: Customizable button functions.
- Button 4: Long-press to turn on/off the flashlight. Short press to switch between strong light, burst, and SOS modes.
- Swipe Up: Message Notifications.
- Swipe Right: Function Menu.
- Swipe Left: Custom Menu.
- Swipe Down: Control Center.
App Download and Connection
- Download and install the 'Da Fit' app by scanning the QR code in this manual, on the watch, or by searching in the app store.
- Connect the smartwatch:
- Turn on Wireless on your phone.
- Open the 'Da Fit' app (enable location services if needed).
- Navigate to 'Device' -> 'Add Device'.
- Bind the corresponding device from the search results (find the Wireless name and MAC address in 'Settings' -> 'About' on the watch).
- Click 'Connect'.
- Connect Wireless Calling/Audio Wireless:
- In the initial state, Wireless calling is off.
- Slide down to the 'Control Center' on the watch face, enter 'Settings', click the 'Calling' icon, and turn on calling and audio Wireless.
Notes
- This app is not a medical device. Data is for reference only and not for clinical diagnosis, research, or treatment.
- To ensure longevity, avoid using the product in hot water or sauna environments to prevent steam damage.

Common Issues
- Watch cannot be turned on: Long-press the power button for over 3 seconds, or the battery may be low and require charging.
- Wireless not connected or cannot connect: Restart the watch and reconnect. Restart your phone's Wireless. Avoid connecting to other Wireless devices simultaneously. Disconnected Wireless affects calls, notifications, and data syncing.
- Inaccurate heart rate/blood oxygen/blood pressure measurements: Ensure the sensor has correct contact with the body. Maintain full sensor contact with the wrist during measurement.
- Inaccurate sleep data: Sleep monitoring relies on self-recognition and correct device wearing. Wearing the device too late or falling asleep too quickly can lead to inaccuracies. Default monitoring is from 10 PM to 8 AM.
