Product Overview

The LED TUBE T5 HF SHORT is suitable as a replacement for T5 fluorescent lamps with G5 bi-pin bases. It can be fitted into luminaires operating on electronic control gear (HF).

Key Operational Considerations

  • The operating temperature range of the LED TUBE T5 HF SHORT is restricted. In case of doubt regarding suitability, measure the product's Tc max temperature. For multi-lamp luminaires, measure the Tc max of all installed lamps. Use a flexible thermosensor (e.g., "Type K").
  • Operating the LED TUBE T5 HF SHORT above Tc max can lead to premature aging and device failure.
  • The LED TUBE T5 HF SHORT emits light with a limited beam angle, unlike the 360° output of fluorescent tubes.
  • This product is designed for general lighting applications and is not suitable for environments such as explosive atmospheres.
