Wiring Diagram and Connections

The STC-3028 controller has a terminal block for connections:

• Terminals 5-6: Relay output for Heating (10A/220VAC)

Important Notes for Wiring:

• Strictly distinguish the interface of relay, sensor, and power supply.
• Ensure correct connection of sensor and power.
• Keep the sensor down-lead and power wire at a proper distance to avoid interference.

Temperature and Humidity Settings

Temperature Setting:

• To set the starting temperature: Long press the [up-arrow] button for 3 seconds. The value flashes (default 20°C). Use the [up-arrow] or [down-arrow] buttons to adjust. Long press the [up-arrow] button again for 3 seconds to stop flashing (default 30°C). Use the [up-arrow] or [down-arrow] buttons to adjust.
• To set the stop temperature: Long press the [down-arrow] button for 3 seconds. The value flashes (default 40°C). Use the [up-arrow] or [down-arrow] buttons to adjust. Long press the [down-arrow] button again for 3 seconds to stop flashing (default 60°C). Use the [up-arrow] or [down-arrow] buttons to adjust.
• Pressing the [down-arrow] button for 3 seconds resets the factory settings.

The device supports Heating mode (setting start/stop temperatures) and Cooling mode (setting start/stop temperatures).

Humidity Setting:

• To set the starting humidity: Long press the [up-arrow] button for 3 seconds. The value flashes (default 45.0%RH). Use the [up-arrow] or [down-arrow] buttons to adjust. Long press the [up-arrow] button again for 3 seconds to stop flashing (default 50.0%RH). Use the [up-arrow] or [down-arrow] buttons to adjust.
• To set the stop humidity: Long press the [down-arrow] button for 3 seconds. The value flashes (default 80.0%RH). Use the [up-arrow] or [down-arrow] buttons to adjust. Long press the [down-arrow] button again for 3 seconds to stop flashing (default 80.0%RH). Use the [up-arrow] or [down-arrow] buttons to adjust.

The device supports Humidity mode (setting start/stop humidity) and Dehumidification mode (setting start/stop humidity).

Calibration

Temperature Calibration: Simultaneously press the [up-arrow] and [down-arrow] buttons to access the temperature calibration setting (default 0.0°C). Adjust the flashing value by 0.1 using the [up-arrow] and [down-arrow] arrows.

Humidity Calibration: Simultaneously press the [up-arrow] and [down-arrow] buttons to access the relative humidity calibration setting (default 0.0% RH). Adjust the flashing value by 0.1 using the [up-arrow] and [down-arrow] arrows.
