Panel instruction
Display features a three-digit LED, minus digit, and status indicator lights (Cool, Heat, Set). The key functions are: 'S' key for setting, 'A' key for up, 'V' key for down, and the power key to turn the unit on and off.
Indicator light status instruction:
Indicator light | Function | Note |
---|---|---|
Cool indicator light | On: Refrigeration starts; Off: Refrigeration stops; Flash: Compressor delay | Cool, Heat indicator lights cannot be on simultaneously |
Heat indicator light | On: Heating starts; Off: Heating stops | |
Set indicator light | On: Parameter setting status |
Key operation instruction
- Check parameter: Under normal working status, press 'A' key to display temperature set value; press 'V' key to display the difference value.
- Set parameter: Under normal working status, press and hold 'S' key for 3 seconds to enter parameter modifying mode. The 'Set' indicator light turns on, displaying the first menu code 'F1'. Use 'A' or 'V' keys to adjust and display menu items and codes. Press 'S' key to view the parameter value. Press and hold both 'S' and 'A' or 'V' keys simultaneously to adjust the parameter value. Press the power key briefly to save settings and return to normal display. If no key operation occurs within 10 seconds, settings are not saved.
- Restore system data: Upon power-up, the system performs a self-check. If an error is detected, 'Er' is displayed. Press any key to cancel the alarm sound and restore default values. It is advised to reset parameters under these conditions.
Error description
- Alarm when sensor error: If the sensor is open or short-circuited, the controller enters an alarm mode. All running statuses are closed, a buzzer sounds, and 'EE' is displayed. Pressing any key cancels the alarm sound. The system returns to normal display once the error is cleared.
- Alarm when temperature exceeds range: If the measured temperature exceeds the range, an alarm mode is activated. All running statuses are closed, a buzzer sounds, and 'HH' is displayed. Pressing any key cancels the alarm sound. The system returns to normal display when the temperature is within the normal measuring range.
Safety Regulations
Danger:
- Strictly distinguish the sensor down-lead, power wire, and output relay interface to prevent incorrect connections or overloading the relay.
- Do not connect wiring terminals without cutting off the power supply.
Warning:
- Do not use the machine in environments with excessive dampness, high temperatures, strong electromagnetic interference, or strong corrosion.
Notice:
- Ensure the power supply conforms to the voltage value indicated in the instructions.
- Keep the sensor down-lead and power wire at a proper distance to avoid interference.
Wiring diagram
The diagram shows connections for power supply (12V, 24V, 110-220VAC, 50Hz/60Hz), sensor, and relays for heating and cooling (10A/220VAC). Terminals are numbered 1 through 8.
