Installation

Battery Pack Installation

Take the battery pack and slide it forward into the designated slot until the latch clicks securely into place. [Battery Release Button] is used for removal.

Dust Cup Installation

Align the arrow on the dust cup with the unlock mark on the dust cup body, then turn clockwise to lock it. Note: The dust cup can only be installed and removed when the battery pack is removed.

Install Desired Cleaning Accessory

Attach the chosen accessory (e.g., floor brush, nozzle) to the telescopic tube or main unit as required.

Using Your Vacuum Cleaner

Before Use:

Power On/Off

Press the switch button to start the appliance. Press the button again to turn it off. [ON/OFF Button]

Select Cleaning Mode

The vacuum offers two suction modes. Pressing the button cycles between low and high suction power.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Main Body Cleaning

Turn off the appliance before cleaning. Use a neutral detergent and a slightly damp cloth to wipe the body. Avoid direct sunlight and store in a cool, dry place.

Dust Cup Cleaning

1. Empty the Dust Cup: Press the dust cup release button to empty the collected debris. Empty the dust cup promptly if the contents exceed the MAX line. [X MAX] [✓ MAX]

2. Clean the Dust Cup and Filters: With the battery pack removed, turn the dust cup counterclockwise to detach it. Pinch the air inlet HEPA handle and pull the metal filter upwards. Pinch the air inlet HEPA handle again, rotate counterclockwise to unlock, and pull out the air inlet HEPA upwards. Rotate the outlet HEPA cover counterclockwise to unlock and remove it.

Note: Wash filters with cold water at least once a month. The filter sponge can be rinsed with water. Ensure all filters are completely dry before reassembly.

Brush Roller Cleaning

WARNING: After prolonged use, the brush roller bristles may become jammed by hair or debris. It is recommended to clean the brush roller periodically to maintain efficient operation and suction power.

Remove the brush roller. Gently clean the motorized brush window and suction mouth. Remove any debris wrapped around the roller using the Powerffy Hair Cleaning Tool and rinse with water. Reinsert the brush roller into the motorized brush window and push the cover down until it is securely in place. Ensure the brush roller is completely dry before use.

Troubleshooting

Weak suction
  • Dust Cup is full of garbage
  • Dust baffle misaligned
  • Filters are clogged or not installed correctly
  • Filter not dry
  • Motorized Brush Head is blocked with hair or other debris
  • Low power
  • Empty the Dust Cup
  • Align the dust baffle to the correct opening
  • Clean or replace the Filter
  • Dry out Filter
  • Clean the Motorized Brush Head
  • Charge the vacuum cleaner
Charging indicator does not light up or flash abnormally
  • Battery Pack is dead or broken
  • Charger is not correctly connected
  • Charger is wrong
  • Change the Battery Pack
  • Ensure the Charger is fully plugged into the socket and Battery Pack
  • Use the Charger provided by Powerffy
Insufficient running time after charging
  • Insufficient charging time
  • Battery aging
  • Motorized Brush Head is blocked with hair or other debris
  • Charger is wrong
  • Ensure vacuum cleaner is fully charged
  • Change the Battery
  • Clean the Motorized Brush Head
  • Use the Charger provided by Powerffy
Motorized Brush Head does not rotate
  • Brush Rollers are blocked with hair, pebbles or other debris
  • Dust Cup is full of dust
  • Clean the Brush Roller
  • Avoid picking up large rubbish, such as pebbles
  • Empty the Dust Cup
  • Contact Powerffy Support for replacement
