Warranty Information

Troy-Bilt LLC offers a limited warranty on its products. The specific warranty period varies by product type.

• Handheld Products: 2 Year (90 days for commercial use)
• Wheeled Chore Product: 2 Year
• Gas Powered Mower Product: 2 Year (3 Year for Canadian TB30, Pony, Bronco models)
• Snow Product: 3 Year

Additional Warranty Notes:

• Lead-Acid and AGM Batteries are covered by a one (1) year prorated limited warranty.
• Frames on Super Bronco XP models are covered for five (5) years for residential use. Zero-Turn Mustang frames have a lifetime limited warranty or seven (7) years from the date of initial sale.
• Mowing decks are covered under the product's warranty unless otherwise stated. Optional fabricated cutting decks have a lifetime warranty or seven (7) years from the date of initial sale.
• Snow blowers with two-stage Arctic Storm and all three-stage models have a five (5) year limited warranty on auger gear boxes.
• Tillers with bronze gear transmissions have a lifetime warranty or seven (7) years from the date of initial sale.
• Accessories/Attachments: Please refer to the warranty in the Operator's Manual.
• The limited warranty is non-transferable.

What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover (Exclusions):

• Products purchased outside the United States or Canada.
• Emission Control Systems (covered by a separate warranty statement).
• Damage due to lack of maintenance or improper maintenance.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Normal Wear Parts are warranted for thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase for residential use, or 30 days/100 hours (whichever comes first) for commercial use. Normal Wear Parts include belts, blades, seats, filters, tires, spark plugs, etc.
• Use of the product inconsistent with its intended use, including abuse, misuse, or neglect.
• Products that have been altered or modified in a manner not consistent with the original design or not approved by Troy-Bilt LLC.
• Paint repairs or replacements are covered for three (3) months.
• Wheel rims are covered for three (3) months for manufacturing defects.

Limitations:

• There are no implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• No other express warranty or guaranty shall bind Troy-Bilt LLC.
• The exclusive remedy is repair or replacement of the defective part.
• Troy-Bilt LLC shall not be liable for incidental or consequential loss or damages.
• In no event shall recovery be greater than the purchase price of the product.
• Alteration of safety features voids the warranty.
• The user assumes all risk and liability for loss, damage, or injury.
• This limited warranty extends only to the Initial Purchaser.

How State Law Relates to This Warranty: This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state.
