Air Valve Instruction
Air controls affect jet pressure by adding air. Opening an air valve when the pump is on draws air into the water flow to increase massage strength.
Water Diverter Instruction
Rotating the water diverter redirects massage power to different seats.
Pillow maintenance
Pillows can be removed for cleaning. For fixed pillows, grab the lower edge and pull up. To reset, align inserts and push firmly.
Draining your SPA
Drain the SPA at least every 3 months, or more frequently if used more than three times a week. There are two types of drain valves: side drain valve and corner drain valve.
Model#1 Drainage: 1. Correct side and pull out. 2. Open the cover. 3. Close.
Model#2 Drainage: Turn on.
DISPOSAL OF WATER: Do not drain water onto lawns or plants unless bromine or chlorine has dissipated. Sunlight dissipates sanitizer.
OZONE disinfection: Ozone is an effective disinfectant, leaving no chemical trace and is odorless. The spa is equipped with an ozone generator (50mg/hour). It works automatically when the circulation pump is running. An indicator light shows operation.
Pump Maintenance (Air Locks)
If the pump runs but there is no water movement, an air lock may be present. Turn off the spa, locate the circulation pump, find the pipe entering the top, and undo the barrel union anti-clockwise until air escapes. Retighten when water flows. You may need to restart the pump.
To stop water flow, turn off the valve. Ensure the valve is on for normal operation.
Speaker Model (Option)
- Model 1#: Skirt speakers install on the spa skirt.
- Model 2#: Pop up speakers: press downwards from the top to pop up or close.
DVD and TV instruction & Maintenance
Instructions for connecting DVD with antenna function, including connecting audio-frequency, video frequency, and antenna plugs. A small control panel manages TV up/down functions.
IPOD/IPHONE DOCK: Refer to the user manual for detailed operation.
Spa Cover Instruction (Option)
Each insulation cover has a coded lock. Fix the male part with screws, set the password, and press buckles to open.
Spa Cover Lifter (Option)
Refer to the attachment manual for assembly instructions.
Assembly of Ladder for the spa(option)
The ladder is knocked-down for packing and can be assembled as shown.
LED Lights Maintenance(option)
If LED lights are not working or have incorrect colors, replace them. Follow steps to replace plug-in or buckle-style LED lights.
Electronic control system Installation: (220~240V/50HZ)
Diagram shows wiring connections for speaker, antenna, and electrical cabinets.
Description of SPA Installation
Confirm power supply switch and drainage positions according to the electric box and drainage on different SPA models. Spare wires with 3*6mm² long. Connect the drainage hole with a prepared 1.5-inch soft pipe while draining water.
Using Maintaining For SPA
- Clean the bathtub with neutral detergent and soft fabric. Avoid acetone, ammonia water, and organic solvents. Wipe adhesive stains with soft fabric and gasoline.
- For scratches, grind with 2000# grinding paper with water, then polish with toothpaste and soft fabric.
- Wipe water scale with a light acid detergent (citric acid, vinegar).
- Remove water-return unit and nozzle for cleaning.
- Avoid frequent wiping of gold and chrome-plated parts with organic solvents. Acid glass sealant may damage electroplating.
- Do not use rough tools, chemical solvents, or grain detergent.
- Do not knock or scratch the bathtub. Avoid contact with burning cigarettes or heat sources exceeding 600°C.
- For the water force massage system: fill with 40°C hot water to exceed nozzle surface, add detergent, run for 5 minutes, drain, refill with clear water, run for 3 minutes, drain, and clean. Drain water if not used for over 3 days. Do not add foaming materials or excessive vegetal cosmetics.
- Check leakage protection performance of the leakage switch every 2 months.
- Periodically check power core, switches, and connectors for damage.
- Periodically check water supply and drainage pipes for smooth flow.
- Do not upset or stack products; avoid storage with formate or formaldehyde.
- Handle with care to prevent heavy pressure, mechanical knock, or intensive vibration.
- Drain water if the bathtub will not be used for a long time. Keep the environment dry and ventilated.
- Clean the filter paper core weekly if the SPA is used frequently.
- The heat-preserving cover is foam plate; keep it away from children.
- Maintain water level 1cm higher than the probe.
- Do not start the machine without water or if the water level is below the probe. Do not turn on the underwater lamp without water.
- Lock the repairing door and keep the key safe.
- Cut off power supply before any maintenance.
- After maintenance, test according to normal operation procedures.
- All maintenance and repairing must be undertaken by qualified and professional technicians. Contact the distributor for service.
