On/Off Button
- Short press [On/Off] to turn on the scale.
- Short press [On/Off] until "oFF" appears on the screen to turn off the scale.
The screen will display the version number (e.g., A0.8.01), battery voltage (e.g., U=6.80), maximum scale capacity (e.g., 3000), and value step (e.g., 1, meaning a step of 1 kg). If the weight of the item on the scale platform is less than 20% of the nominal load, "0" will appear on the screen, indicating zero weight. If not, the system will automatically set zero outside the range, and the screen will display the actual item weight.
Tare/Zero Button
- Manual Tare/Zero: Hang the item on the scale and short press the [Tare/Zero] button after the weight value stabilizes. If the weight is less than 2% of the maximum range, the data will automatically change to zero, and the tare indicator will turn off. If the weight exceeds 2% of the maximum range, the system will complete taring, the tare indicator will remain active, and the zero indicator will turn off.
- Automatic Tare/Zero after 9 seconds: Press and hold the [Tare/Zero] button for 3 seconds until "tAr-9" appears on the screen, then release the button. "tAr-x" will appear on the screen, where x counts down the seconds until the scale is tared. Hang the item, and the system will perform automatic taring/zeroing when "tAr-0" appears on the screen. If the scale is not stabilized, "--" will appear. When the scale stabilizes, the screen will automatically show zero.
Accumulate Button
If the weight is greater than 0, short press the [Accumulate] button to sum the last weight values. The screen will first display "-x-" (where x is the number of accumulated weights), followed by the total mass values, and the "accumulate" indicator will light up.
If the weight is not greater than 0, short press the [Accumulate] button to check the accumulated weight values when the "Accumulate" indicator is active. The screen will first display "-x-" (where x is the number of accumulated weights), followed by the total mass values.
Press and hold the [Accumulate] button to delete accumulated mass values; the accumulation indicator will turn off.
Hold Button
- Short press the [Hold] button to lock the screen to the current weight value. When this function is active, the "Hold" indicator will light up.
- Short press the [Hold] button to end screen locking. When this function is deactivated, the "Hold" indicator will turn off.
Remote Pairing
Press and hold the [Hold] button until "-A-" appears on the screen.
Press and hold the remote button "A" when "-a-" appears on the screen.
Press and hold the remote button "B" when "-b-" appears on the screen.
Press and hold the remote button "C" when "-c-" appears on the screen.
Press and hold the remote button "D" when "-d-" appears on the screen.
Upon completion of pairing, the screen will display "End", indicating that the remote pairing with the hook scale is complete. After completion, the scale can be operated using buttons A/B/C/D on the remote.
Scale Calibration
- Before calibration, ensure the scale is not exposed to any interfering factors such as wind, vibration, magnets, etc.
- Before calibration, prepare a standard weight for calibrating the scale.
- To enter calibration mode, press and hold the [On/Off] button until "CAL" appears on the screen.
- When a flashing "0.0" appears on the screen, perform zero-point calibration. Before proceeding with calibration, ensure no other objects are hanging on the scale. Press the [Tare/Zero] button to proceed to zero-point calibration, and the system will automatically move to the next step.
- When a flashing uncalibrated mass value appears on the screen, it means this mass value requires calibration. Ensure the appropriate weight is on the scale hook, press [Tare/Zero] to enter calibration mode, and the system will automatically save the data and complete the calibration.
Note: If the hook scale displays "No", it means the scale is too small or the strain gauge is misaligned.
Note: If you wish to correct the calibrated weight value, press [Hold] or [Accumulate] to enter verification mode. Press [Accumulate] to change the flashing digit and press [Hold] to correct the flashing data. After completion, press [Tare/Zero] to confirm.
Parameter Settings
- With the scale turned off, press and hold the [Tare/Zero] button, then press and hold the [On/Off] button until "SEtuP" appears on the screen to enter parameter settings F0~F9.
- In settings mode, press [Hold] to move to the next menu parameter; press [Accumulate] to return to the previous menu parameter; press [Tare/Zero] to enter the menu.
- After entering the menu, press [Hold] or [Accumulate] to adjust or revise the parameter, and press [Tare/Zero] to confirm.

Example: calibration command is 01 30 30 31 30 30 30 30 AA 0D, if you want to load a weight of 001000.0kg for calibration.
Recommended Calibration Method
- Remove weighed items from the hook and send the zeroing (calibration) command code.
- Load the scale (or a known weight of the item). Send the calibration command code when the mass values stabilize. The command code is 10 bytes, as shown in the diagram above. If the calibrated weight is too light, it may lead to calibration failure or inaccurate weight values. It is recommended to use a heavier weight, greater than 1/3 of the range, for calibration.
Continuous Transmission Format
