Pairing the WPP30 with an Endpoint

The WPP30 is compatible with various Yealink endpoints. For specific pairing methods, please visit support.yealink.com.

If the WPP30 was purchased together with a Yealink endpoint, they are pre-paired. Simply connect the WPP30 to your computer to share content.

If purchased separately, manual pairing is required:

1. Connect the WPP30 to the USB-A port on the Yealink endpoint.
2. Once the monitor displays "Wireless Presentation Pod is Paired successfully", disconnect the WPP30.

Starting or Stopping Content Sharing

You can share your screen using either a USB-C or USB-A connection to your PC.

Option 1: USB-C Connection

Steps:

1. Connect the WPP30 to the USB-C port on your PC. Content sharing will begin automatically.
2. To stop sharing, unplug the WPP30 or press the presentation button on the pod.

Option 2: USB-A Connection

Steps:

1. Connect the WPP30 to the USB-A port on your PC. The "Yealink Wireless Presentation Pod" software should launch automatically.
2. Press the presentation button on the WPP30 to share your full screen.
3. To stop sharing, unplug the WPP30 or press the presentation button again.
