Pairing the WPP30 with an Endpoint
The WPP30 is compatible with various Yealink endpoints. For specific pairing methods, please visit support.yealink.com.
If the WPP30 was purchased together with a Yealink endpoint, they are pre-paired. Simply connect the WPP30 to your computer to share content.
If purchased separately, manual pairing is required:
- Connect the WPP30 to the USB-A port on the Yealink endpoint.
- Once the monitor displays "Wireless Presentation Pod is Paired successfully", disconnect the WPP30.
Starting or Stopping Content Sharing
You can share your screen using either a USB-C or USB-A connection to your PC.
Option 1: USB-C Connection
Steps:
- Connect the WPP30 to the USB-C port on your PC. Content sharing will begin automatically.
- To stop sharing, unplug the WPP30 or press the presentation button on the pod.
Option 2: USB-A Connection
Steps:
- Connect the WPP30 to the USB-A port on your PC. The "Yealink Wireless Presentation Pod" software should launch automatically.
- Press the presentation button on the WPP30 to share your full screen.
- To stop sharing, unplug the WPP30 or press the presentation button again.

Safety and Environmental Guidelines
- Operating Temperature: -10 to +45 °C (14 to 113 °F).
- Storage Temperature: -30 to +70 °C (-22 to +158 °F).
- General Precautions: Keep the device dry and clean, avoid physical shocks, do not attempt to dismantle. Use in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight, heat sources, flammable materials, and strong magnetic fields.
- Usage: Keep out of reach of children. Use only authorized accessories. Ensure dry hands when handling cables. Avoid contact with water. Disconnect during thunderstorms.
- Cleaning: Disconnect power before cleaning. Use a soft, dry, anti-static cloth.
- Environmental Recycling: Do not dispose of with domestic waste. Follow local regulations for electronic waste recycling. The symbol of a crossed-out garbage can indicates separate disposal is required at the end of the product's life.
