Getting Started: Pairing and Connection
Power On and Automatic Pairing
Open the charging case lid and remove the earbuds. The LED indicator will flash, signaling that the earbuds have entered automatic pairing mode.
Bluetooth Pairing
On your mobile device, ensure Bluetooth is enabled. Search for available devices and select "JM11" to initiate pairing.
Connection Confirmation
Once pairing is successful, the earbuds are connected and ready for use.
Charging Case Operation
When placed back into the charging case and the lid is closed, the earbuds will automatically charge and enter standby mode.
Note: For the initial connection, manual pairing may be required. Access your phone's Bluetooth settings, search for "JM11", and tap to connect.
Earbud Controls (Binaural Mode)
Music Playback
- Play/Pause: Single tap
- Next Track: Double tap the right earbud
- Previous Track: Double tap the left earbud
Volume Adjustment
- Increase Volume: Triple tap the right earbud
- Decrease Volume: Triple tap the left earbud
Call Management
- Answer/End Call: Single tap
- Reject Incoming Call: Long press for 2 seconds
Voice Assistant
- Activate SIRI: Long press for 1.5 seconds
Mode Switching

Manual Power Control
- Manual Power On/Off: Long press for 5 seconds
Proper Earbud Wearing
Follow these steps for optimal fit and performance:
- Remove the earbuds from the charging case.
- Position the earbud along the back of your ear.
- Gently rotate the earbud to find a comfortable and secure fit. The ear hook angle is adjustable up to 130°.
- Your earbuds are now ready.
Important: When returning earbuds to the charging case, ensure the ear hook is rotated back to its original position for proper contact with the charging pins.

Troubleshooting Guide
Earbuds Not Charging in Case
Issue: Earbuds do not respond when placed in the charging case.
Solutions:
- Verify that the charging case has sufficient battery charge. If depleted, charge the case.
- Ensure the earbuds are correctly positioned to align with the charging contacts. If an earbud appears bent, gently adjust it back to its original shape to ensure proper contact with the charging pins.
