Returns & Faulty Items

• If any problem is encountered during or after installation, please call ALL LED technical department to get the problem resolved as soon as possible.
• Please do not just return the item to the outlet you purchased it from, as you are only entitled to a replacement or refund after the unit has undergone testing and the unit has been confirmed as having a manufacturing defect/fault. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• The manufacturer will not be deemed liable or held responsible for any damages caused by faults or manufacturing defects that may be present in any of its products or the misuse or incorrect installation of this device.
• All installations must be carried out in accordance with this installation guide and user manual.
• All goods are supplied under the terms and conditions of ALL LED LTD, a copy of which may be obtained upon written request.

Installation Instructions

1. Step 1: Gather mounting hardware: screws, wall plugs, and mounting bracket.
2. Step 2: Attach the mounting bracket to the ceiling or surface using screws and wall plugs.
3. Step 3: Connect the electrical wires to the fixture's terminal block. Ensure correct polarity (Live, Neutral, Earth).
4. Step 4: Attach the main luminaire body to the mounting bracket.
5. Step 5: Detail of wiring connections: Live (L), Neutral (N), and Earth (E).
6. Step 6: Detail of wiring connections: showing specific terminals.
7. Step 7: Detail of wiring connections: showing a specific connector.
8. Step 8: Secure the luminaire to the mounting bracket using screws.
9. Step 9: Adjust settings or install component labeled 'EM KIT'. Note dimensions: 6mm, 60mm, 300mm, 500mm. This step may involve setting CCT or other features.
10. Step 10: Connect wires to the internal terminal block or connector.
11. Step 11: Secure the luminaire body to the mounting bracket with screws.
12. Step 12: Rotate the luminaire to lock it onto the mounting bracket.
13. Step 13: Attach the diffuser or cover to the luminaire.
14. Step 14: Secure the diffuser/cover with screws.
15. Step 15: Attach the final cover or diffuser.
16. Step 16: The luminaire is fully installed.
