FMB202 Accessories
This document details the various accessories available for the Teltonika FMB202 device, enhancing its functionality for fleet management, tracking, and authentication purposes.
EYE Beacon
The EYE Beacon is a BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) device designed for traceability use cases. It is ideal for monitoring the location and status of movable objects in logistics (such as trailers and containers), agriculture (tractor attachments), and construction (tools and inventory).
- Model: BTSID1
EYE Sensor
The EYE Sensor is particularly suitable for cold chain refrigerator monitoring. Its integrated accelerometer can detect movement or fall events, while magnet detection capabilities enable wireless open/close detection and notifications, such as for trailer door status.
- Model: BTSMP1
Analog Fuel Sensor
Addressing a key challenge in fleet management, the Analog Fuel Sensor provides a solution for tracking fuel levels without requiring additional equipment if the vehicle is factory-equipped with an analog fuel sensor. It connects via the AIN (Analog Input) port to read fuel data directly.
- Accessory: Analog Fuel Sensor
1-Wire Temperature Sensor
This digital temperature sensor probe is based on the Dallas DS18B20 sensor. Featuring an 8-meter cable, it simplifies installation in demanding locations without needing extra wires. These sensors operate effectively across a wide temperature range, from -55°C to 125°C.
- Accessory: 1-Wire Temperature Sensors
1-Wire TTJ Temperature Sensor
The TTJ temperature sensor communicates via a 1-Wire bus, which requires only a single data line (plus ground) for communication with a central microprocessor. It offers an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C and provides accuracy of ±0.5°C within the -10°C to +85°C range.
- Accessory: TTJ Temperature sensor
1-Wire iButton Reader
[info] The 1-Wire iButton Reader utilizes the 1-Wire data protocol, a feature common in fleet management devices. This enables the connection of iButton devices, which are perfect for applications requiring AVL (Automatic Vehicle Location) data to be associated with person or object identification.
Image Description: The reader is a black circular unit with a coiled cable ending in a connector.
- Accessory: 1-Wire iButton reader
1-Wire RFID Reader
[info] This accessory provides an easy solution for implementing driver authentication using RFID technology based on the DS1990A chip. The reader is capable of wirelessly receiving identification data from passive transponders, such as cards and tags.
