Withings Body Scan Quick Start Guide

Welcome to the Withings community! This guide will help you get started with your Withings Body Scan smart scale.

Getting Started

To begin, follow these steps:

Download the Withings app.
Create an account.
Navigate to "Devices" and follow the installation instructions.

Your Body Scan Components

The Withings Body Scan includes the following components:

Electrodes
Digital display
Handle
Pairing button and USB-C
USB-C cable
Cable stopper
Wall mount for handle

Quick Start

Remove the cable stopper (do not discard, it may be useful for the wall mount).
Press the button for 3 seconds to turn on the scale. Note: The device may need to be charged before use.

Best Practices

For accurate measurements, follow these guidelines:

Place the scale on a hard, flat surface.
Grip and pull the handle.
Step onto the scale.
Weigh yourself with bare feet, centered on the scale, ensuring your feet cover the electrodes (strips).
Stand upright with your arms relaxed and down by your sides, as shown in the illustration.
