The EASYLONGER EL268 LITE and EL268 AIR are designed to charge a wide range of mobile devices, including laptops, notebooks, tablets, smartphones, cameras, GoPros, UAVs (drones), portable speakers, GPS systems, LED lights, WIFI routers, and MP3 players.

Product Features

EL268 LITE

• Single click the power button to turn on power output; LED indicators show battery level.
• Long press the power button for ~3 seconds to enter/exit Low Current Mode. LED indicators flash alternately (1-4); automatically exits after 2 hours.
• When the power bank has power, plug in a device; LED lights up, and output turns on automatically.
• If no device is connected for 1 minute after activating output, power turns off automatically to save power.
• Output voltage is 5V when both USB-A1 & USB-A2 ports charge simultaneously.
• Supports 65W + 22.5W total output when USB-C and a single USB-A port are charging simultaneously.

EL268 AIR

• Dual USB-A ports, one Lightning port, one USB-C port, and a flashlight.
• Digital display shows current battery level, output voltage, and current.
• Button functions: Single click to activate output. Double click to turn flashlight on/off. Long press to activate/exit low current mode.

Battery Level Indicators (Common)

Before First Use

• Pay attention to symbols and indicators for correct usage.
• It is recommended to fully charge the unit before first use.

How to Recharge the Power Bank

EL268 LITE

• Micro Port: Max PD input 18W, takes approx. 6.5-7 hours.
• USB C Port: Max PD 45W, takes approx. 2.5-3 hours.

EL268 AIR

• USB-C Port: Max PD 30W, takes approx. 3-4 hours.
• Lightning Port: Max fast charge 18W, takes approx. 7-9 hours.

Note: When charging via USB C and Micro ports simultaneously (EL268 LITE), the USB C port is prioritized. When charging via USB C and Lightning ports simultaneously (EL268 AIR), it charges from the first connected port.

How to Charge Your Device

1. Connect your device to the power bank via USB or USB-C port. The power bank automatically activates output.
2. Charge laptops and PPS-compatible devices from the USB-C port (up to PD 65W for EL268 LITE, PD 45W for EL268 AIR; Max 33W for PPS). USB-A ports support up to 22.5W (SCP) max.
3. Press and hold the power button for ~3 seconds to enter Low Current Mode for charging low-power devices.

Note: Unplug the charging cable when charging is complete. The power bank will automatically turn off after 1 minute of inactivity to save power.

Important Notes:

• When your laptop's battery is low, it requires more power. Keep the power bank at a high charge level for continuous use.
• When using two or three ports simultaneously, the charging speed of each port will be reduced, and the total output will be limited to 5V.

Low Current Mode

This mode is designed for optimized charging of low-power devices like earphones, Bluetooth speakers, and other accessories.

To activate: Press and hold the power button (⑥) for 3 seconds until "LO" appears on the digital display. All USB-A or USB-C output ports will switch to low current mode.

Note: Pressing and holding the power button for 3 seconds again exits Low Current Mode. The screen turns off after 1 minute if no device is connected, or automatically after 2 hours, consuming some power.

When current is below 100mAh, the digital display shows "0.0A", but it will still charge low-power devices correctly.

Troubleshooting Checklist

1. Why can't I charge my laptop correctly?

• Check the power battery level before use.
• Ensure your laptop is working and its USB-C port charging is enabled.
• Ensure the power cable is working and properly inserted.
• Try another cable; ensure it supports fast charging technology required by your laptop.
• Reduce laptop resource usage.
• Avoid extreme hot or cold temperatures.
• This power bank is designed for devices with USB-C standard protocol. While compatible with most USB-C laptops and devices, it may not be compatible with non-standard USB-C protocol devices, especially older models.

2. Why can't I charge the power bank correctly?

• Ensure the power cable is properly inserted.
• Use a PD standard protocol charger and cable.
• Try a different power cable; ensure it supports the fast charging technology required by the power bank.
• Charge the power bank with a PD charger (45W recommended); otherwise, it may take over 12 hours.
• Internal circuits may have failed, or the device may have suffered a hard shock (e.g., a fall).

3. Why can't I fast charge my Samsung smartphone?

• Ensure you charge from the USB-C port, which supports PPS. The USB-A port does not support PPS.
• Your phone may be nearly fully charged.

4. Why can't I get the advertised wattage (e.g., 45W)?

• Check your laptop's power consumption. If it's 30W, the output will be max 30W, not 45W. Charging speed fluctuates based on device needs and is intelligently set to protect your laptop.
• Ensure you use a PD cable. The device's power management system gradually reduces charging power as the battery fills, approaching 0W when fully charged.
• Keep your power bank at a high battery level.
• Avoid using multiple outputs simultaneously when the power bank is low.

5. How many times can it charge my laptop when fully recharged? Why not 26800mAh?

• Power transfer always involves loss due to resistance. Power banks cannot transfer 100% of their capacity. Efficiency ratings vary based on cell type, component quality, and environment.
• Calculate based on your laptop's battery capacity and the power bank's capacity.
• Energy loss during charging affects the amount of power delivered. For example, a MacBook Pro 13" might be charged multiple times, while a MacBook Pro 14" might be charged only once when powered off.
• Energy released = Power bank energy (Wh) * Conversion efficiency. Higher charging rates mean more energy loss and lower efficiency.
• Conversion efficiency also depends on cable length, charging voltage/current, heat, and laptop battery health.

Warnings

• Pass-through charging allows simultaneous charging of the power bank and connected device, but at a reduced 5V speed. Frequent use is not recommended to protect the power bank.
• To prevent damage from environmental factors (dampness, dust, food, liquid etc.), use the power bank only in a well-ventilated, clean, and dry environment, away from excessive heat or moisture.
• Keep the product away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
• Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product yourself. Contact After Sales Support for repair or replacement.
• Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the product.
• Do not place objects on top of the product.
• Do not place or store the appliance where it can fall or be pulled into a bath or sink.
• This product is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless supervised or instructed by a responsible person.
• Do not expose the product to microwaves.
• Clean with a dry cloth only; do not use water or chemicals.
• Keep the product away from oils, chemicals, or other organic liquids.
• Use this appliance only for its intended purpose as described in this manual.

Storage and Working Temperature

Please use it under normal temperature to protect battery life.

• Storage temperature: -5~+35℃ (less than one month), -5~+30℃ (less than 6 months).
• Working temperature: Charging 0~+45℃, Discharging -20~+60℃.
