Before First Use

• Fully charge the battery within the first 7 days of receiving the product.
• Pay attention to symbols and indicators for proper use.
• Ensure EL240(GP12) is fully charged before using or storing.
• Recharge the battery at least every 6 months to avoid over-depletion. Failure to do so may cause malfunction and is not covered by warranty.

Using Your Power Bank

Check the Battery Level

Press the Power Button to check the battery level.

Battery Level Indicators:

• 1 LED: 25%
• 2 LEDs: 50%
• 3 LEDs: 75%
• 4 LEDs: 100%

Charging Your EL240(GP12)

Charge via the USB-C1 port or DC port. These two ports cannot be used simultaneously for recharging.

Recommended: Use a PD charger (60W or above) and the supplied cable.

1. Plug the adapter's cable into the DC2/USB-C1 input port.
2. Connect the adapter to an AC 100V-240V power source.
3. LED indicators will light up progressively.

Recharging Time:

• DC port with AC adapter: 2.5-3 hours.
• USB-C1 port (Max 60W PD): Approximately 2.5 hours.
• Solar panel charging: Varies with panel power and light intensity (up to 48W). Recommended for emergency use only.

Notes:

• Unplug the charging cable when charging is complete.
• When using solar charging, do not exceed 24V. Exceeding this voltage can cause serious damage.
• Avoid using a standard (5V/1A) charger and cable, as it can take up to 24 hours to recharge.

Charging Your CPAP

Charge your CPAP from the DC output port.

1. Set Voltage: Long press the voltage set button (3s) until the display screen flashes. Short press to cycle through 12V/16.5V/20V/24V to match your CPAP machine's requirement. (Check your CPAP's label or user guide for the correct voltage).
2. Connect CPAP: Connect your CPAP to the DC input port. Charging will start automatically.

Important Notes:

• Always start the cycle at the lowest setting (12V) if voltage is not set correctly. You need to set the voltage again next time.
• To turn off the power bank completely, long press the voltage setting button for 3s. Otherwise, it will enter standby mode and turn off automatically after 2 hours, potentially losing some charge.
• Airline approved for CPAP travel.

CPAP Charging Time: Charging time varies based on CPAP model, pressure settings, humidifier/heater usage, mask type, and whether the unit is self-titrating.

Charging Your Laptop from DC Port

1. Select Connector: Choose the correct DC connector for your laptop.
2. Set Voltage: Long press the voltage set button (3s) until the voltage display flashes. Short press to select the correct charging voltage (12V, 16.5V, 20V, or 24V).
3. Connect Laptop: Connect your laptop to the DC input port.

To reset the voltage: Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn off the output function. Then press the power button for 3 seconds again to set the voltage.

Note: When charging is complete, long press the voltage setting button (⑦) for 3s to turn off the power bank to prevent battery loss.

Charging Your Device from PD Port

The USB-C ports are plug-and-play. Connect your USB-C device to start charging.

• USB-C1 Port: Max PD 60W. Suitable for laptops.
• USB-C2 Port: Max PD 27W (PPS). Suitable for phones and tablets. Cannot charge laptops.

Note: Use a PD charger and PD cable that meet or exceed your laptop's power consumption for correct charging.

Compatible Devices: USB-C laptops, Bluetooth speakers, mini fans, phones, tablets.

Charging Your Device from USB-A Port

1. Connect your device to the USB-A port.
2. Charging will start automatically.

Note: Not compatible with low-current devices like Apple Watch or Bluetooth earbuds.

Supported Protocols: 22.5W Max (FCP, SCP, AFC)

Wireless Charging

1. Press the button once to activate the wireless function.
2. Place your wireless-enabled device on the Qi Wireless Charging Pad.
3. Align your device horizontally with the back edge of the EL240(GP12) for optimal charging.

LED Indicator for Wireless Charging:

• Initially, the LED may show blue (battery level) and green (wireless charging).
• If no device is connected within 5 seconds, the blue light turns off, and the green light remains.
• If no device is placed on the pad within another 5 seconds, the green light turns off automatically.

Notes

• The DC port and USB-C1 port cannot be used simultaneously for output. The first port used will take priority.
• Fast charging is disabled when the QC3.0 USB-A and USB-C2 ports are discharging simultaneously; the total output voltage will be 5V.
• Unplug the charging cable when charging is complete.
• Use original or authorized cables only.
• Recharge the power bank once every six months when not in use.
• Keep away from liquids to avoid fire hazards, leakage, electric shock, or explosion.
• Keep away from high temperatures.
• Do not attempt to dismantle, repair, or refit the unit yourself.
• Avoid knocking or dropping the product.
• Do not clean with soap or detergents to avoid damage.
• Stop using immediately if deformation, breakage, overheating, or abnormal odor occurs.
• Keep away from flammables, smoke, and heat surfaces.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Dispose of this product according to local laws and regulations.

FAQ

1. What should we do if the power bank cannot be charged?
   • Check the adapter, charging cable, and AC voltage (110V-240V). Ensure all connections are secure.
   • Try different chargers and cables. If the problem persists, contact the supplier.
2. What should we do if the power bank can't charge other devices?
   • Verify the charging cable is inserted correctly.
   • Ensure the power bank's output voltage is compatible with your device's requirements (refer to your device's manual, label, or adapter label).
