Important Notes

When using the BA-T500II printer, ensure the specific printer driver for the BA-T500II is used.
For network printers shared by multiple hosts, use the same version of the EPSON Advanced Printer Driver on all hosts.
When combining the TM-L90 Label Driver with the TM-L90 Type1 (excluding TM-L90 4xx series), the following functions are not operational:
- (i) Printing images/content with layout settings outside the range of 0.0 to 1.9mm margins is not supported by firmware (Type1).
- (ii) Barcode printing in text mode, if not supported by firmware (Type1), may result in garbled output.
- (iii) MicroQR Code printing in text mode, when "model2" is selected on the UI, will be printed as model2, not a MicroQR Code.
- (iv) 2-dimensional codes printed in text mode, if not supported by firmware (Type1), will be ignored.
- (v) Image data set in grayscale mode cannot be printed.
- (vi) A timeout error (ERR_TIMEOUT: -70) may occur when specifying the "Number of line feeds" as 22 (16h) using BiGetCounter() or BiResetCounter().

Specific Issues with Dot Impact Drivers

Windows 8.1 Dot Impact Printer Driver Support:

When printing with non-square resolution settings, the print result may appear stretched vertically or horizontally. For example, a setting of 160 x 72 dots per inch (dpi) might exhibit this behavior. This issue is typically not observed when using device fonts or specific commands.
