ATEN VK430 Room Booking System - 10.1" RBS Panel

ATEN VK430 RBS Panel is a 10.1" touch-screen panel designed for managing conference rooms, centrally configured by ATEN RBS Configurator. It integrates with calendar servers, such as Microsoft Office 365 Calendar, to provide convenient scheduling and availability allocation for all conference rooms within a system.

System Integration and Management

Authorized personnel can easily make conference room reservations, extend or release room usage, and check booking schedules directly on the VK430. The ATEN RBS Configurator allows administrators to gain a centralized, real-time view of the availability and locations of all conference rooms, enabling efficient management and elevated meeting room utilization.
