- Clean the dome cover with a soft cloth periodically for better image quality.
- Ensure power ports are protected from water, moisture, dirt, and other elements.

Troubleshooting
Camera is not Powering on
If your camera is not powering on, try the following solutions:
- Ensure your camera is properly powered. The PoE camera should be powered by a PoE switch/injector, a Reolink NVR, or a 12V power adapter.
- If the camera is connected to a PoE device, try connecting it to another PoE port.
- Try using a different Ethernet cable.
Picture is not Clear
If the picture from the camera is not clear, try the following solutions:
- Check the camera dome cover for dirt, dust, or spiderwebs. Clean it with a soft, clean cloth. Use the included dust-absorber if available.
- Point the camera towards a well-lit area, as lighting conditions significantly affect image quality.
- Upgrade your camera's firmware to the latest version.
- Restore the camera to factory settings and check again.
