Instruction
1. Download the APP
Scan the QR code or search for "JCWear" on Google Play or iOS App Store to download the JCWear App. Ensure your mobile device's Bluetooth is enabled. Select the device identified in the App and connect to your 2208A smart bracelet.
Note: Requires Android version 5.0 or later, or iOS version 10.0 or later. The 2208A supports Bluetooth 5.0 connection.
2. Charge Before Use
Fully charge the device for first-time use or after a factory reset. Place the device on the magnetic USB charger and plug it into a wall outlet or USB 2.0+ port. The indicator light flashes red, blue, and green alternately during charging, and stays green when fully charged. After removal, the indicator lights green for 2 seconds then turns off.
Power Indicator:
- Short press the home button to wake the device.
- Red light (1 sec): 0%-24% power
- Blue light (1 sec): 25%-49% power
- Green light (1 sec): 50%-100% power
When power is below 5%, Bluetooth disconnects. Charge promptly. Full charge takes approximately 1.5 hours, providing 7-10 days of normal use or 20 days of standby. Battery life varies with feature usage.
Note: Prevent the USB charger port from contacting conductive materials like liquids, dust, metal powders, or pencil leads.
3. App & Function Operation
Pair the device with the "JCWear" App for operation. A white light for 2 seconds indicates Bluetooth connection, followed by power level indicators.
Home Screen: View detailed daily health data including steps, distance, calories, heart rate, SpO2, blood pressure, HRV, stress, skin temperature, sleep, women's health, and exercise. Menstrual cycle management is available on the App. Manual and automatic vital sign measurements can be performed on the device or App.
Manual Health Vital Signs Measurement
- SpO2: Two methods: (1) Turn on/off measurement on the App. (2) Short press the home button twice to start. Blue light flashes during measurement; quick blue flashing indicates movement. Green light (2 sec) for normal result, red light (2 sec) for abnormal. Pressing the button once during measurement returns to standby.
- Blood Pressure/HRV/Stress: Measure manually via the App only. Blue light flashes during measurement; quick blue flashing indicates movement. Blue light (2 sec) after completion.
- Skin Temperature: Measure manually via the App only. Device vibrates once, blue light flashes until it vibrates 3 times, then blue light (2 sec) indicates completion.
Device Settings (via App)
- Basic Information: Check battery level, MAC ID, firmware version, Bluetooth RSSI.
- Auto Health Monitor Interval: Enable/disable automatic monitoring for heart rate, SpO2, blood pressure, HRV, stress, and skin temperature. Adjust intervals as needed (shorter intervals drain battery faster).
- Blood Pressure Calibration: Improve accuracy by entering true values on the App before measurement.
- Goal Setting: Personalize daily goals for steps, distance, calories, and sleep hours.
- Alarm Clock: Set alarms via the App.
- Device Settings: Includes Bluetooth disconnect reminder, smart notifications, sedentary alerts, firmware updates, and factory reset.
Smart Notifications
Different notifications have distinct light and vibration patterns:
- Incoming Call: Purple light flashing and vibrating once per second (requires Bluetooth connection).
- SMS & 3rd Party App (WeChat, WhatsApp, Skype, etc.): Flashing and vibrating twice (requires Bluetooth connection).
- Sedentary Reminder: Flashing and vibrating twice (no Bluetooth connection required).
- Alarm Clock: Flashing and vibrating 7 times (no Bluetooth connection required).
Note: Press the home button once to stop notifications.
SOS Feature
To enable SOS, set emergency contact information (name & phone number, up to 3 contacts) on the App. SOS messages, including name and GPS location, are sent when the device's Bluetooth is connected to the App. Long press the home button 3 times in standby mode to trigger an SOS alert. White light flashing quickly 3 times indicates successful sending; red light flashing quickly 3 times indicates Bluetooth is not connected.
Firmware Update (OTA)
Receive notifications for new firmware versions and follow steps to upgrade. No indicator light during the update; colors indicate power levels upon completion.
Factory Reset
All device data will be deleted. Charge to reboot.
Exercise
Start exercise mode from the device or App. Up to 18 of 54 exercise modes can be displayed on the Exercise panel in the App.
- Turn on from the device: Preset an exercise mode on the App. Short press the home button 3 times to start (green light on for 2 seconds, then flashing). Press home button to pause/resume (blue light flashes when paused). Short press home button 3 times to end (green light on for 2 seconds, then off).
Exercise Heart Rate Zones:
- Green light flashing: Warm-up, Fat Burn, Aerobic exercise.
- Red light flashing: Anaerobic, Intense exercise. Device vibrates 3 times for high heart rate alert.
- Turn on from the App: Choose from 54 exercise modes, select up to 18 for the Exercise panel. Start/stop exercise mode as needed.

Troubleshooting
- Device not pairing: Ensure device is on, smartphone Bluetooth is on, App Bluetooth permissions are enabled, restart the App, and check device battery display on the App.
- Device not measuring data: Contact support.
- Battery draining quickly: Calibrate battery by charging for at least 3 hours. If problem persists, contact support.
- Allergic reaction: Stop use immediately. Seek medical attention for anaphylactic reactions.
- Other issues: Contact support with detailed issue description.
