Please read this instruction carefully before use.
Introduction
When using your watch for the first time, ensure it has sufficient power. If the watch cannot be turned on due to insufficient power, please charge it for about 2 hours. After charging, the watch will turn on automatically.
Component Overview
- Single click: Turn screen off or on.
- Double click: Enter menu style.
- Long press: Power on/off.
- Sport mode
Before using the watch, ensure it has sufficient power and connect the magnetic cable to the watch's charging position as indicated in the diagram.
Download the 'Glory Fit' APP
Android Terminal: Search for 'Glory Fit' in your app store to download.
iOS Terminal: Search for 'Glory Fit' in the App Store to download.
Alternatively, download it by scanning the QR code.
How to Operate
A. Press the button to wake the screen.
- Swipe left on the screen: Select function options, including exercise data, heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep tracking, music control, voice assistant, weather, and games.
- Swipe right on the screen: Enter the menu mode.
- Swipe down on the screen: Access sound settings, general settings, menu tools, Do Not Disturb mode, Bluetooth settings, and brightness adjustment.
- Swipe up on the screen: View notifications.
B. Long-press on the watch face. Once the watch face display shrinks, swipe left or right to change the watch face.
Button Functions
- Press the primary button to return to the previous screen. Long press to power on/off. From the main watch face, short press to select function options. Swipe up or down to navigate through functions such as workouts, sports modes, SOS, calls, heart rate, sleep tracking, blood oxygen, weather, music control, messages, alarm clock, stress monitoring, mood tracking, breathing rate, breathing exercises, games, voice assistant, raise-to-wake display, UV index monitoring, medication reminders, and more.
- Press the secondary button once to activate sport mode.
Troubleshooting
Watch Cannot Be Turned On
Hold the power button for more than 3 seconds. If the watch does not turn on, the battery may be low. Please charge it promptly.
Bluetooth Disconnected or Unavailable
- Restart the watch and reconnect.
- Restart your phone's Bluetooth, then reconnect.
- Ensure your phone is not connected to another device simultaneously.

Inaccurate Heart Rate / Blood Oxygen Measurement
- The most common reason for inaccurate measurements is poor contact between the watch sensor and your skin.
- Ensure the sensor maintains full contact with your wrist during measurement.
- Variations in skin tone can affect accuracy; multiple measurements may be needed for calibration.
Sleep Monitoring
Sleep monitoring tracks your sleep patterns, simulating falling asleep and waking up. Wear the watch normally for accurate tracking. Inaccurate data may occur if you go to bed very late or put on the watch after already falling asleep. Sleep data is not monitored during the day. The typical sleep monitoring window is from 9:30 PM to 12:00 PM the following day.
