How to Wear
To ensure a secure and comfortable fit:
- Insert the earbuds directed towards your ear canal.
- Twist gently until the earbuds fit comfortably and provide a better sound experience.
First Usage
For first-time use, it is recommended to fully charge the product.

Power On & Pairing
The earbuds will power on and pair automatically when removed from the charging case.

Power Off
The earbuds will power off automatically when placed back into the charging case.

Charging
Charging the Case:
- Connect the Type-C end of the included charging cable to the charging port on your case.
- Plug the other end of the USB charging cable into a suitable USB port (e.g., computer or standard cell phone charger) to recharge the case's internal battery.
The case indicator will flash green while charging and be solid green once fully charged.
Charging the Earbuds:
Place the earbuds into the charging case. They will charge automatically.

Important Notice for Charging:
- Before charging, ensure earbuds are at room temperature (46°F to 102°F / 8°C to 39°C).
- Use only agency-approved power supplies (e.g., UL, CSA, VDE, CCC) supporting 5V/0.5A.
- Use the included charging cable.
- For the first use, fully charge the product.
- Charge the case when the low battery indicator is shown.
- To prolong battery life, fully charge the case at least once every 3 months.
Manual Control
If the case is out of battery, you can manually power the earbuds on or off:
- Power On: Touch and hold the touch area on each earbud for 2 seconds.
- Power Off: Touch and hold the touch area on each earbud for 2 seconds.

Troubleshooting
Earbuds won't power on.
Check if the charging case has battery. If not, power on the earbuds manually (touch the button for 2 seconds). If you cannot hear a prompt sound from the earbuds, they may be out of battery. Place both earbuds in the charging case and charge the case. The case indicator will flash green while charging and be solid green when fully charged.
Earbuds don't connect with mobile device.
Delete the earbuds' pairing name from your device's Bluetooth list, including any duplicate entries. Power on the earbuds as described previously to complete the connection with your mobile device.
Two earbuds don't pair.
Place both earbuds in the charging case and close the lid. Then, open the lid and take them out; they should pair automatically.
Earbuds can't be charged.
- Check if the charging case has battery. If not, charge the case using the included cable.
- Clean the charging contacts on the case and earbuds with a dry, soft cotton swab or equivalent.
No sound from earbuds.
- Ensure the volume is turned up.
- Verify that audio is playing.
- Try playing audio from a different app or music server.
- Play audio from your device's download list.
- Restart your mobile device.
- Place the earbuds back into the case, remove them, and put them into your ears again.
- Clean contacts with a dry, soft cotton swab.
Care and Maintenance
- This device may only be used in temperate climates.
- This device can be used by children aged 8 years and older, and by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capabilities, or lack of experience or knowledge, provided they are supervised or have received adequate instructions on using the device and understand the associated risks. Children must not play with this device. Cleaning and maintenance should not be done by children without supervision.
- Always unplug the device before cleaning.
- Clean the device with a soft, dry cloth only. Never use solvents.
- Attention should be drawn to the environmental aspects of battery disposal.
Disposal Information:
