Intended Use

This product is a mains adapter for charging devices such as smartphones, tablets, e-readers, headphones, MP3 players, and other USB-compatible devices. It is designed for indoor use only and must not be used outdoors. It must be operated within the performance limits specified in the technical data. The operating instructions must be strictly followed.

Any other use or use beyond the scope of intended use is considered improper and can lead to malfunctions or personal injury. The product is not intended for commercial use or for medical and special applications where product failure could cause injury, death, or significant property damage. No claims can be made for damages resulting from improper use or failure to comply with the safety instructions.

The firmware and/or hardware may be modified at any time without prior notice. Therefore, some parts of the instructions, technical data, and images in this document may differ from the product you have. The points described in this manual are for information purposes only and may not necessarily correspond to a specific situation. No legal claims can be asserted based on these instructions.

Safety Information

Hazards for Children and Persons with Limited Physical, Sensory, or Mental Abilities:

Children often underestimate or do not recognize dangers. This device must not be used by persons with limited sensory, physical, or mental abilities (including children), or by persons lacking adequate experience and/or knowledge, unless they are supervised by a person responsible for their safety or have received instructions on how to use the device and have understood the resulting dangers. Children must not have access to the device unsupervised. Ensure that children do not play with the device.

Choking Hazard!

There is a choking hazard for children if they put the packaging film or small parts in their mouths.

Risk of Injury!

Only use the product in accordance with its intended use and in compliance with all safety regulations and within its technical performance limits. Failure to do so may result in fatal injury due to electric shock!

Do not attempt to open the device. It requires no maintenance and cannot be repaired by yourself. In this case, the warranty becomes void. If the device is damaged, do not continue to use it under any circumstances to avoid potential injuries! You should also prevent others from using the defective device.

Never connect or disconnect the device from the mains socket with wet hands! You risk your life due to electric shock!

Do not pull a damaged device out of the socket abruptly! To avoid a life-threatening electric shock, ensure that the mains voltage is disconnected beforehand, for example by switching off the fuse!

Do not insert objects not intended for use into the device's openings. This can cause life-threatening injury and/or fire due to electrical short circuits.

Before use, check whether the device is suitable as a mains adapter for the device to be connected. If this is not the case, do not use the device, otherwise, damage may occur due to injury or short circuit.

Damage!

Keep the device away from moisture, dust, heat, and direct sunlight. Do not use it near heat sources, such as radiators.

Do not exert pressure on the housing, and only use the product if there is sufficient space for its operation.

Avoid impacts and do not drop the product.

Do not place containers filled with liquid (vases, glasses, or similar) on or near the device. There is a risk that the container may tip over and the liquid poses an electrical safety hazard.

To remove the device from the mains socket, always pull the device directly, not the cable.

Please do not use water or chemical solutions to clean the device. Please use only a dry cloth for this purpose.

If the device is moved from a cold to a warm room, do not use it immediately. Condensation may form, which can lead to damage. Allow sufficient time to reach room temperature.

General Safety Information:

Route the connected cables so that they do not pose a tripping hazard. Do not use damaged cables, and do not pinch or kink them.

Always use easily accessible mains sockets, and as a precaution, unplug the device from the power source during thunderstorms.

If you are working with multiple sockets, ensure that you do not exceed the maximum total current draw.

Please unplug the device from the mains if you are not using it for a longer period.

To avoid malfunctions, please also observe the operating and safety instructions of the devices connected to the device.

The CE marking confirms that this product complies with all EU directives applicable to this product.

Handling

1. Before Use:

The device can be used worldwide thanks to the supported 100-240 volt mains voltage. Please note that a country-specific adapter may be required.

Before connecting, check if the connected device is suitable for this mains adapter. Before using the mains adapter, pay attention to the required performance and the information contained in the user manual of the device you intend to connect.

Information on the product's performance limits can be found in the technical data of this user manual.

Make sure you have followed all instructions in the manual.

2. Connecting the Device:

First, connect the appropriate USB cable to the device you want to connect, and then to the device's USB port. Then, connect the mains adapter to the mains socket.

The connected device must be powered on.

When charging battery-powered devices, unplug the device from the socket after full charge.

If you operate a device without a battery, unplug the device from the power source if you are not using it for a longer period.

Notice:

This device supports Power Delivery (PD), PPS, and QC functions for fast charging. Manual settings are not required, as the standards automatically synchronize voltage and power with the devices, provided the connected device also supports one of the standards. Due to the large number of different end devices that support these standards, there may be operating limitations, especially if the devices are older and no longer have the latest software. It is also possible that the connected device can only be charged in normal mode.

Please also note that the cable used must support the desired fast charging standard and higher power. A 20V/3A cable is required for up to 60 watts, and a 20V/5A cable is required for higher power up to 100 watts.

Disposal of Old Electrical Appliances:

Devices marked with this symbol comply with the European Directive 2012/19/EC. All electrical appliances and old electrical appliances must be separated from household waste and handed over to state facilities set up for this purpose. Proper disposal of old electrical appliances prevents environmental damage.

Packaging:

Packaging materials are raw materials. The packaging materials of this product can be recycled. Always observe the local recycling regulations when disposing of individual materials.

Operating Conditions

The device should be used at temperatures between 5 and 40 degrees Celsius and at altitudes not exceeding 2000 meters above sea level. If the device is not used for a longer period, store it between -20 and 65 degrees Celsius, and charge it approximately every three months to maintain full performance. Use and storage should be done with humidity between 10% and 90%.
