Samsung Referral Program Terms and Conditions
Program Overview
The Samsung Referral Program ("Promotion") is available for Customers who purchase from Samsung Online Store (https://www.samsung.com/ae/) in the United Arab Emirates and have opted in to receive marketing communications.
Promotion Validity
The Promotion is valid from January 1, 2025, up to December 31, 2025 ("Promotion Period") in the United Arab Emirates.
Advocate & Referral Code
Customers ("Advocate") who purchase selected Mobiles, Tablets, Wearables, Televisions, Monitors, Memory, Home Appliances, TV & AV (excluding Accessories), as a logged-in user with a valid Samsung Account, will receive a unique referral code.
Advocates may share their referral code with up to five (5) friends, family members, or other recipients ("Beneficiaries").
The Advocate will receive the Referral Code after the order is confirmed (may take up to 1 hour). The Advocate must log in to the same Samsung Account used for the order and visit the "My Referrals" page (https://www.samsung.com/ae/mypage/myreferrals/) to find the code.
Beneficiary Redemption
Beneficiaries can redeem the Code for a 10% discount up to AED 100 on the purchase of selected Mobiles, Tablets, Wearables, Televisions, Monitors, Memory, Home Appliances, TV & AV (excluding Accessories).
This redemption is valid for "Referral Purchases" as a logged-in user with a valid Samsung Account, during the Promotion Period only. Any unused discount will be forfeited and not redeemable upon expiry of the Promotion Period.
Redemption Limits & Validity
- Beneficiaries can redeem the Referral code only once.
- Referral codes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any remaining balance will be forfeited and not redeemable after 30 days.
- If the Advocate's order is cancelled or returned, the Referral code will become inactive. The Advocate will not receive another referral code for a new order.
- An Advocate can receive only 1 Referral Code and 1 Thank You Voucher.
Thank You Voucher
The Advocate will receive a reward voucher ("Thank You Voucher") via email to the Samsung Account used for the original order.
This voucher can be redeemed for a 5% discount up to AED 100 on the purchase of selected Mobiles, Tablets, Wearables, Televisions, Monitors, Memory, Home Appliances, TV & AV (excluding Accessories).
The Advocate must be logged into the same Samsung Account to redeem the Thank You Voucher while placing an order at https://www.samsung.com/ae/.
- Thank You Vouchers may be redeemed only once.
- Thank You Vouchers will be issued to eligible Customers fourteen (14) days after the delivery of the beneficiary order. At least one beneficiary order must be completed (excluding cancelled or returned orders) for the voucher to remain valid.
- Thank You Vouchers are valid for 60 days from the date of issue. Any remaining balance will be forfeited and not redeemable after 60 days.
General Terms
- The Referral Program is not applicable to purchases made as guest users.
- The Referral Code and Thank You Voucher are not transferable, exchangeable, redeemable for cash, or for resale.
- Samsung reserves the right to terminate or modify the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to applicable law.
- Samsung shall not be liable for any loss or damages suffered by the customer in connection with these Terms and Conditions or this Promotion.
- By participating, customers agree that any dispute related to the Promotion will be governed by UAE laws and resolved by competent courts in Dubai.
