Getting Started (English)

1. Get Started
Download the GLOBE SUITE™ app from the App Store or Google Play. Launch the app. Register by entering your mobile phone number or email address, creating a password, and logging in. Alternatively, log in if you already have an account.

2. Verify Your Network
Ensure your mobile device is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi channel. Consult your router documentation for instructions on changing wireless settings. After successful pairing, you can switch back to mixed mode or use a cellular data network to control your smart products.

3a. Add a Device
Insert your smart power adapter. Select the '+' symbol in the top right corner of the app. Choose your product type and follow the in-app instructions. If the connection fails, try using AP mode.

On the 'Add a device' page, select 'AP mode' in the top right corner and follow the in-app instructions.

4. Setup Voice Assistance
Follow the instructions within the GLOBE SUITE™ app: Select 'Profile', then 'Integration', choose your voice assistant, and follow the prompts.
Did You Know?
Most modern routers are dual-band, supporting both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz channels. Common wireless options include:
- Mixed: Router broadcasts both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz under the same SSID. The device chooses the connection based on variables like congestion and distance.
- 2.4 GHz: Router broadcasts only on this channel.
- 5 GHz: Router broadcasts only on this channel.
- Dual 2.4 and 5 GHz using Separate SSIDs: Router broadcasts both channels, and the user manually selects which to connect to.

1. Pour commencer
Téléchargez l'application GLOBE SUITE™ sur un appareil mobile à partir de l'App Store ou de Google Play. Lancez l'application GLOBE SUITE™. 2. Vérification du réseau
Vérifiez le réseau Wi-Fi et assurez-vous que l'appareil mobile est connecté à un canal sur la bande 2,4 GHz. Consultez la documentation de votre routeur pour des instructions détaillées sur la modification des paramètres sans fil. Une fois vos appareils couplés avec succès, vous pouvez revenir en mode mixte ou utiliser un réseau de données cellulaires pour contrôler vos appareils intelligents.

3a. Ajoutez un appareil
Insérez votre adaptateur d'alimentation. Sélectionnez le symbole '+' dans le coin supérieur droit de l'application. Choisissez votre type de produit et suivez les instructions dans l'application. Si la connexion échoue, essayez le mode AP.

La plupart des routeurs modernes sont bibandes, diffusant à la fois aux fréquences 2,4 GHz et 5 GHz. Les options réseau sans fil courantes sont :
- Mixtes : Le routeur diffuse simultanément aux fréquences 2,4 GHz et 5 GHz sous le même SSID. L'appareil choisit la fréquence en fonction de variables comme l'encombrement et la distance du routeur.
