Setting Up
- Avoid positioning the appliance in direct sunlight or near heat sources like cookers or radiators.
- Ensure the floor is horizontal and level.
- Do not cover ventilation openings or grilles.
- Install in a room with a minimum volume of 1 m³ per 8 g of R 600a refrigerant to prevent flammable gas/air mixtures in case of a leak. The refrigerant quantity is on the appliance's type plate.
Appliance Dimensions
The appliance has the following dimensions:
- A = 76 mm
- B = 2027 mm
- C = 910 mm
- D = 102 mm
- E = 610 mm
- G = 1078 mm
- H = 943 mm

Appliance Venting
Required airflow is directed through the plinth. Use the provided ventilation grille for the opening. This opening must not be covered.

Electrical Connection
- Operate only with alternating current (AC). Permissible voltage and frequency are on the type plate.
- The socket must be properly earthed and protected by a fuse (10 A to 16 A tripping current).
- Do not use extension cables or sockets.
- Avoid stand-alone inverters or energy-saving plugs, as they can damage the electronic control system.
Installation Dimensions
The electrical socket must be positioned within the grey-marked areas or above the installation recess. The water shut-off valve must also be within the grey-marked areas.
Warning: The water shut-off valve must not be directly above the socket. Ensure adequate gap according to country regulations.

The ice maker, if fitted, requires connection to the mains water supply.
Mounting the Anti-Tipping Device
Warning: The supplied anti-tipping bracket must be installed to prevent the appliance from tipping when doors are opened.
Installation Steps:
- Mark the appliance's center line on the floor and align the bracket's center to it.
- Secure the bracket to the floor using the 3 included screws (6 mm x 60 mm). The distance from the appliance body's leading edge to the bracket's rear edge is 610 mm.
Caution: Ensure no electric cables or water pipes are in the wall section where the bracket is secured.
Important: Use suitable plugs for concrete floors. If the floor slopes, fit the bracket horizontally using spacers.

Connection to the Water Supply
Safety Instructions and Warnings:
- Do not connect to water supply while the appliance is connected to electricity.
- Connection must be made by trained personnel only.
- Water quality must comply with drinking water directives.
- The ice maker is for household ice cube production only and requires suitable water.
- Repairs must be done by customer service or trained personnel.
- Manufacturer is not liable for damage from faulty water connection.
Water Pressure:
- Required pressure: 0.15 to 0.6 MPa (1.5 - 6 bar).
- If a water filter is installed, pressure must be 0.3 to 0.6 MPa (3 - 6 bar). Low pressure may cause ice maker malfunction.
Use the supplied stainless steel hose (3 m) for connection to a cold water pipe that meets hygiene regulations and can withstand operating pressure.

Installation Steps (Appliance Placement & Connections)
- Place the appliance in front of the installation recess.
- Apply cover strips on the side walls of the appliance.
- Insert the bent section of the water hose through the opening at the rear of the appliance.
- Connect the hose to the solenoid valve at the front side.
- Route the mains cable towards the socket.
- Route the water hose towards the water shut-off valve.
- Push the appliance slowly into the recess until the compressor mounting plate touches the anti-tipping bracket. Warning: Ensure the compressor mounting plate touches the anti-tipping bracket.
- Connect the hose to the shut-off tap. Open the tap and check for leaks.
Warning: Do not connect to power supply until installation is complete.
Caution: Route cables and hoses to avoid damage during sliding the appliance into the recess.
Important: After switching on the ice maker, bleed the water supply system (refer to operating instructions).

Levelling the Appliance
- Adjust the height at the front by twisting the adjustable feet (use provided spanner). Caution: Front feet must be firmly on the floor.
- Adjust the height at the rear by turning the adjusting bars clockwise until the compressor mounting plate touches the anti-tipping bracket.

Fastening the Appliance in the Recess
Fasten the appliance in the recess through the upper and lower hinges of the refrigerator doors using 2 screws per hinge.

Adjusting the Front of the Drawer
If needed, adjust the front of the freezer drawers. Transfer screws to the long slots on the drawer sides and tighten once the front is in the correct position.

Before Fitting the Door Panels
Remove the cover and unscrew the attachment bracket from the refrigerator doors. These brackets will be mounted onto the refrigerator door panels.
Unscrew the attachment brackets from the freezer drawers. These will be mounted onto the freezer panels.
Important: Securing nuts are needed for re-mounting door panels. Screws are needed for re-mounting freezer panels.

- Refrigerator panel: 12 kg
- Freezer drawer panel: 10 kg
Mounting the Attachment Brackets onto the Door Panels
Mark lines on the refrigerator door panels. Align the dismounted brackets to these lines and fasten each with a minimum of 6 screws (4 x 16 mm).
Fasten the provided brackets onto the freezer drawer panels using three screws (4 x 16 mm) for each bracket.

Mounting the Refrigerator Panel
This procedure is for one panel; it's the same for both.
- Open the refrigerator door and suspend the panel on the top adjusting pins.
- Screw securing nuts onto the adjusting pins and tighten slightly.
- Close the refrigerator door and check the panel height.
- Adjust height if necessary by undoing securing nuts and using the adjusting pins.
- To fasten the panel at the bottom, the soft-stop cylinder must be dismantled. Grasp and pull down the soft-stop cylinder; it retracts.
- Transfer the lower edge of the attachment bracket onto the panel using a pencil, then remove the panel.
- Dismantle the lower attachment bracket from the refrigerator door. Align it to the lines on the refrigerator door panel and fasten with a minimum of 6 screws (4 x 16 mm).
- Open the refrigerator door and suspend the panel on the top adjusting pins.
- Screw securing nuts onto the adjusting pins and tighten slightly.
- Move the panel to the left until it contacts the rail.
- Tighten the hex nuts finally.
- Fasten the refrigerator panel using the same screws that held the lower bracket.
- Extend the soft-stop cylinder and connect it with the ball stud.
- Click the cover into place.

Mounting the Freezer Panels
- Pull out the top freezer drawer and screw on the pre-assembled panel using the same screws as for the attachment brackets (3.5 x 13 mm).
- Close the drawer, check panel position, and adjust height by undoing/tightening screws.
- Pull out the bottom freezer drawer and mount its panel similarly.
- For both drawers, cover the gap between the drawer and panel with supplied cover strips. Remove protective film from the trim and insert into the gap at the top.

Mounting the Dust Filter
The dust filter prevents dirt from entering the motor compartment, maintaining refrigeration performance.
- Pull the bottom freezer drawer fully out.
- Remove the protective film from the dust filter. Insert the filter at the bottom, press the button down, and click it into place.

Mounting the Ventilation Grille
Important: Install the supplied ventilation grille for fault-free operation. Do not obstruct or cover the ventilation opening.
