Before Drying. Tips and Hints.
Has the laundry been spun?
Items to be dried in the machine should be spun at a speed of at least 1000 rpm. A higher speed saves energy and time.
Materials that can be tumble dried
This symbol indicates that the material is suitable for tumble drying. Cotton and terry fabrics, as well as synthetic fabrics, are best suited for tumble drying. Clothes made from these fabrics will be softer and lighter after tumble drying than after drying hung up.
Attention!
Tumble drying does not significantly wear out the fabric. The lint collected by the filter consists of dust and fiber fragments that are formed during the use of the items.
Materials that cannot be tumble dried
This symbol indicates that the material is not suitable for tumble drying. Some materials may melt or become flammable when exposed to heat, while others may lose their shape or shrink.
Also, do not tumble dry:
- Materials with a label indicating "Do not dry near heat sources."
- Clothes that have undergone home dry cleaning.
- Foam plastic.
- Fiberglass material.
- Wool should not be tumble dried as it may felt.
Static Electricity
The following actions can reduce the risk of static electricity after spinning and drying:
- Use fabric softener during washing.
- Wait five minutes after the drying program is completed, then open the door and remove the laundry from the dryer drum.
Attention!
To stop the tumble dryer, open the door or press the "Stop" button and hold it for three seconds. In both cases, the program execution will stop and restart upon the next start. If you do not want to restart the program, immediately remove the laundry from the machine and smooth it out to allow it to cool.
Drying
1. Sort items made of different fabrics
Drying will be most even if all items are made of the same material. Fasten zippers, buttons, and straps, sort items, and select the load size and temperature.
2. Press the main power switch; the display will light up.
3. Open the door, load the laundry, then close the door.
4. Select the program
Diagram showing the program selector knob, display screen, main power switch, and option buttons.
To select a program, turn the program selector knob. An LED lights up next to the selected program. Options can be selected using the corresponding buttons.
Programs and their uses:
- Extra Dry: This program is intended for items that are difficult to dry, such as jeans with very thick seams.
- Normal Dry and Delicate Dry: This program automatically finishes after the laundry is dry. The "Normal Dry" program makes the laundry slightly drier than the "Delicate Dry" program.
- Iron Dry: This program turns off the heat as soon as the loaded laundry reaches a moisture level sufficient for ironing or steam ironing.
- Timed Drying: The duration of this program depends on what you intend to do with the laundry after drying. The required duration is determined by trial and error. If different fabrics are tumble dried by time, some may remain damp. It is recommended to dry them for an additional 30 minutes by selecting the "Timed Drying" program. Select the program duration using the "Delay Start" button. It can range from 30 minutes to 3 hours. Each press of the button changes the time by 15 minutes.
Attention!
If you set too long a duration for the "Timed Drying" program, the laundry may be over-dried. This can cause the items to shrink, wrinkle, or become stiff. Static electricity may also accumulate in synthetic materials.
Ventilation
Use the "Ventilation" program when you want to refresh, air out, or soften items. Select the program duration using the "Delay Start" button. It can range from 15 minutes to 3 hours. Each press of the button changes the time by 15 minutes.
Program Table
The table below shows the energy consumption and duration for some programs, and how spin speeds affect them. Energy consumption depends on room temperature, humidity, load size, power supply parameters, and selected options.
Requirements for the following consumption values:
- Inlet air temperature: 23 °C
- Inlet air humidity: 55%
- Drying temperature: Normal

1 The test program complies with standard EN61121:2005. During its operation, the tumble dryer should operate at a current of 10A with the "Express" option enabled. After washing, the laundry must be spun in the drum at 1000 rpm.
5. Select Options
You can customize drying programs with various options. Available options depend on the selected program. After starting the program, the selected settings are saved for future use of the same program. The "Delay Start" option is an exception.
- Low Temperature: The "Low Temperature" function can be used in all programs except "Ventilation." Select "Low Temperature" by pressing the button next to the corresponding symbol. The indicator next to the button lights up when "Low Temperature" is selected.
- Express: The "Express" option can be used in all programs except "Ventilation." The program duration is reduced by approximately 12 minutes. Press the button next to the symbol. When the "Express" option is selected, the indicator light next to the button illuminates.
- Anti-crease: If this option is selected, the drum will rotate for three seconds every minute for two hours after the drying program ends. This option helps prevent laundry from creasing if you cannot remove the dried laundry from the drum immediately after the program finishes. This option cannot be selected for the "Ventilation with fluffing" program. Select the "Anti-crease" option by pressing the button next to the corresponding symbol. The indicator next to the button lights up when "Anti-crease" is selected.
- Delay Start: Select the program and then press the "Delay Start" button. Press the button to select a delay start from 1 to 24 hours. When this option is activated, the indicator next to the button lights up. Press the "Start" button. The machine will count down the time in 1-hour increments and start after the selected delay. To deactivate the "Delay Start" option, press and hold the "Stop" button for three seconds. The "Delay Start" option cannot be used with "Timed Drying" and "Ventilation" programs.
6. Press the Start button.
Drying time remaining
The calculated remaining drying time will appear on the display a few minutes after the program starts. For example, "1:35" means the drying will take approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes.
The actual remaining time may be longer than the calculated time displayed. In this case, the display will show "0:15" until the laundry is sufficiently dry. If the "Express" option is selected, the display will show "0:05".
To stop the tumble dryer, open the door or press the "Stop" button. In both cases, the program execution will stop and restart upon the next start.
Attention!
Changing the program selector position after starting the program does not affect the program.
7. Drying program finished
After the program ends, the fan for cooling the compressor will continue to run. It will stop automatically either when any button is pressed or the program selector is turned. The display will show "End" when the program is finished. If the "Anti-crease" option is selected, the drum will rotate for three seconds every minute for two hours after the drying program ends.
Condensate
The condensate container must be emptied after each drying cycle. Remove the container, empty the water, and place it back. If the container overflows, the program will be interrupted. To start a new program, empty the container and press the "Start" button.
Tips!
When water condenses, it is decalcified, so it can be used in steam irons. It is recommended to pour it through a coffee filter.
Attention!
- After each drying cycle, clean the lint filter located on the outer door. See the chapter "Care and Cleaning."
- Clean the steam generator and steam filter at the intervals indicated on the display, or more often.
- Empty the condensate from the container after each load of laundry.
If the lint filter is clogged, the automatic overheat protection device may trigger. Clean the filter, let the machine cool down completely, and then try to start it. If it does not start, contact a service center.
After drying
Turn off the main power switch. Remove the laundry and close the door to prevent small children from climbing into the machine.
CAUTION!
Care and Cleaning
Cleaning the Lint Filter
The lint filter must be cleaned after each drying cycle.
- Remove the filter from the door mount.
- Open the filter. Press the edge with your thumb as shown in the figure and remove it.
- Remove lint from all sides with your hand or a soft cloth. If necessary, remove deposits with a damp sponge and a small amount of detergent. Dry the filter thoroughly with a towel.
- Close the filter and insert it into the door mount. Close the filter before closing the door.
Emptying the Condensate Container
If the machine is not connected to a separate drain, empty the condensate container after each drying cycle. Remove the container, empty the water, and place it back.
If the condensate container overflows, the program execution is interrupted, and the display shows message F10. To restart the program, empty the container and press the "Start" button.
For information on how to connect the machine to a separate drain, see the installation instructions supplied with the documentation.
Cleaning the Steam Filter
The mesh and foam filters in the steam generator door must be cleaned of lint at the intervals indicated on the display, or more often.
- Remove the panel.
- Open the steam generator door.
- Remove the filter by the handle in the middle.
- Clean the filter manually of lint. To remove deposits, wipe the filter with a soft dry cloth.
- Remove the foam filter located behind the mesh filter.
- Wash the foam filter in a washing machine using the rinse or quick wash program. No detergent or preheating of water is required. Washing will remove lint without damaging the filter.
- To clean the steam generator, spray its plates with water from a spray bottle. The water will wash away the lint and then be pumped out by the condensate pump.
- Install the filters back and close the steam generator door.
Attention!
Do not touch the steam generator plates. They are very thin and can be easily damaged or bent. This, in turn, can significantly reduce the efficiency of drying and the operation of the condenser.
Cleaning the Machine Exterior
Clean the exterior surfaces of the machine and the control panel with a mild detergent. Do not use solvents, as this may damage the machine. Do not pour water on the machine from a hose or spray.
Attention!
Do not allow dust to accumulate around the machine. Keep the area around the tumble dryer clean and cool; dust, heat, and moisture contribute to increased drying times.
