Hazardous
To avoid electric shock or fire, ensure that the product is dry at all times and keep the product away from water or any other liquid.
Warning
- Make sure the local power supply voltage is the same as indicated on the nameplate on the back of the machine.
- If the power cord is damaged, do not plug in or turn on the purifier. Email team@hathaspace.com.
- Do not block the air inlet or outlet with any objects.
- For safety, do not allow children to handle the purifier.
- Keep the filters away from high temperatures or sparks/flames.
- To reduce the risk of electric shock, this equipment has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other). This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug. If it still does not fit, contact qualified personnel to install the proper outlet. Do not alter the plug in any way.
Ozone can be harmful and can cause irritation and injury. When using the Ionizer/Anion feature, this device should be used in unoccupied spaces only. Do not use while humans or animals are present. Wait 30 minutes after completing use for reentry.
Notice
- Do not use the purifier as a chemical ventilator, dust cleaner, or cooker ventilation hood.
- Ensure your power outlet is functioning properly.
- Place the purifier on a dry, stable, and flat surface.
- Keep 8 inches of space on either side of the purifier, while in operation, to allow proper airflow through the unit. Leave 12 inches of space above the top of the air purifier. Containing the purifier in a small space will restrict airflow and efficiency of the unit.
- Do not place the purifier under an air conditioning unit, or any place where water may drip onto it.
- Do not drop or hit the product, handle it gently.
- Do not operate this product while using flammable gas sprays such as insect repellent, and common household cleaning chemicals.
- Do not use this product near gas appliances, heating devices, or near a stove.
- Unplug the power cord when cleaning or changing filters.
- Do not operate the purifier in a space where temperature changes are drastic. This will cause condensation to form in the unit and ruin electrical components.
- This product is intended for household use under normal operating conditions.
- Do not use this product in a space with high humidity, such as a bathroom with the shower on, sauna, or steam room.
Smart Air Quality Sensor System memory reset instructions:
If the air quality indicator displays red color and the machine is cut off suddenly, you may have to reset the memory. Otherwise, the red color display will remain.
- Unplug the machine and wait for 15-20 seconds. Plug again and start the machine.
- Keep the machine running for 1 minute. The air quality indicator should begin functioning normally again.
- Please perform the reset steps above in a clean environment without air pollution. Otherwise, the air quality display lights will be disrupted.

Features
5-IN-1 PURIFICATION SYSTEM
- 1. Ionizer/Anion Generation: Hathaspace's California Air Resources Board (CARB) approved anion feature uses voltage to electrically charge air molecules and can be turned on or off anytime. When on, negative ions are released, which are particles with one or more extra electron. This eliminates odors, smoke, and gases in the air. It also makes smaller particles easier to capture within the physical filters.
- 2. True HEPA Filter: Hathaspace HEPA material is the trusted standard in high efficiency particulate air purification. True HEPA filter removes particles from the air, including dust and smoke.
- 3. HEPA Pre-Filter: Captures larger particles like dust, lint, and pet hair.
- 4. Activated Carbon Filter: High Grade Active Carbon absorbs smoke, odors, gases, and volatile organic compounds (VOC's). Every filter contains over 300 grams of high grade active carbon, meaning more absorption, and a longer useful life of the filter.
- 5. Cold Catalyst Filter: Targets Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's) and gases like formaldehyde, benzene, and ammonia.

Smart Air Quality Sensor
The Smart Air Quality Sensor detects particles and odors in real time, feeding that info to the purifier so it can adjust. This keeps your air quality consistently clean, while reducing power consumption and your electric bill.
The sensor indicates air quality and adjusts fan speed accordingly:
Color | Air Quality | Fan Speed |
---|---|---|
Green | Good | Low |
Yellow | Moderate | Medium |
Red | Bad | High |
Filter Installation
Follow these steps to install the filters:
- Pull the front plate toward you from its base. Magnets will release the bottom of the front cover. Lift upward on the front plate to remove it completely, exposing the filter compartment.
- Turn buckles and remove the existing filter gently by pulling outward.
- Remove the protective packaging film from the new filters before use.
- Place Filter 2 (HEPA Pre-Filter and HEPA Filter) back into the unit, ensuring the tab is facing you.
- Place Filter 1 (Cold Catalyst & Activated Carbon Filter) back into the unit, ensuring the tab is facing you.
- Make sure filters are installed correctly, with tabs facing you. Lock filters in place by turning the buckles to secure them.
- Reinstall the front plate by first placing the top of the front plate into the notches on the top of the purifier. Let the bottom magnets connect. Ensure the front is secure before powering on.

Operation
Your included remote provides full control of your purifier from across the room and is powered by 2 AAA batteries (not included).
Powering On/Off:
Plug in the purifier. The red power indicator will light up. Use the Power button on the unit or remote to turn on/off. The purifier will start in AUTO mode, and the smart sensor will automatically initiate. The unit will adjust the fan speed automatically, beginning in high for a few minutes and moving down as needed. When restarting in AUTO mode, the unit will always start back in high mode and slowly adjust down to ensure clean air. Once in low mode, it will adjust in real time according to your air environment.
Timer Function:
The timer allows you to set your purifier to turn off after a set amount of time, up to 12 hours. You can also choose not to use the timer and let the purifier run continuously. The time interval is displayed on the unit. It will turn off once the timer runs out.
Fan Speed Adjustment:
Press the Speed button on the unit or remote to adjust the fan speed. A faster speed increases airflow, purifying your air faster. Choose from Low (Green indicator), Medium (Orange indicator), High (Red indicator), and AUTO mode. In AUTO mode, the fan speed will automatically adjust based on the air quality in the room.
Sleep Mode:
Press the Sleep button on the unit or remote to put the purifier in sleep mode. In sleep mode, the unit runs at a whisper-quiet speed with the lights off, and the smart sensor turns off. To turn off lights in other fan modes, press the Light button. Press any button to exit sleep mode.
Ionizer Function:
Press the Anion button on the unit or remote to turn on the ionizer. The Anion light will turn green on the display when the ionizer is on.
Display Lights:
Press the Light button on the unit or remote to turn on/off the lights on the display. You can turn the lights off in any fan mode (Low, Medium, High, or AUTO). If you power off the unit, it will restart with the lights back on.
Troubleshooting
Problem | Solution |
---|---|
No air comes out from the outlet | Check if purifier is on using the red power indicator on the display. Test outlet. |
Decreased airflow | The filters are dirty and they need to be cleaned or replaced. |
Air quality has not improved after running the purifier | The filter packaging bag is not removed. Please remove the filter packaging bag. Make sure the filters are installed in the proper order and positioned correctly in the unit. Filters are worn out, please replace all the filters. |
When to replace the filters | When the surface of the first filter is dirty and fades in color, it has collected many particles, and will perform better if replaced with a clean filter. Typical operating conditions require changing the filter every 4 months. Change the filter when the HEPA filter becomes discolored, or every 4 months. The filter replacement period is dependent on the air it filters, time used, and amount of particles collected. For optimal air purification, it is best to replace the filters every 4 months. If you notice a chemical/burning like smell after using the unit for a while, this can be from the active carbon being overly saturated with gas. It is time to replace the filters. |
