C2- Dimension Table:
Scrupulously observe the indicated measurements for correct installation. Adjust the gate structure if necessary. Ensure the gate operates freely: hinges are correctly positioned and lubricated, no obstacles in the movement path, no friction between leaves or with the ground.
Opening Inward - Installation with Closed Gates: A table and diagram illustrate ideal mounting angles based on gate width (A) and height (B).
Opening Outward - Installation with Open Gate (max 90°): A flashing light is mandatory for outward opening. A metal part may be needed to offset the motors; installation dimensions must be respected. A table and diagram illustrate ideal mounting angles.
C3- Emergency Release:
In case of power failure or programming, the motors can be manually unlocked using the hexagonal key. Rotate 180 degrees counter-clockwise to unlock. Rotate clockwise to lock. Apply the manual release label permanently.
C4- Arm Fixing:
Unlock the arm (C3) and fully extend the ram tube, inserting it 3 cm to ensure the gate is locked when closed. Fix the first bracket to the post, position the automation, and insert the screw and nut. Assemble the second bracket to the other side of the automation and attach to the closed gate. Ensure arms are mounted horizontally. Cover the automation when welding the bracket to prevent damage from sparks.
