Dimensions:

Diagrams showing the dimensions of the motor unit and its components are provided.

Wiring / Installation

C1- Automation Installation:

C2- Dimension Table:

Scrupulously observe the indicated measurements for correct installation. Adjust the gate structure if necessary. Ensure the gate operates freely: hinges are correctly positioned and lubricated, no obstacles in the movement path, no friction between leaves or with the ground.

Opening Inward - Installation with Closed Gates: A table and diagram illustrate ideal mounting angles based on gate width (A) and height (B).

Opening Outward - Installation with Open Gate (max 90°): A flashing light is mandatory for outward opening. A metal part may be needed to offset the motors; installation dimensions must be respected. A table and diagram illustrate ideal mounting angles.

C3- Emergency Release:

In case of power failure or programming, the motors can be manually unlocked using the hexagonal key. Rotate 180 degrees counter-clockwise to unlock. Rotate clockwise to lock. Apply the manual release label permanently.

C4- Arm Fixing:

Unlock the arm (C3) and fully extend the ram tube, inserting it 3 cm to ensure the gate is locked when closed. Fix the first bracket to the post, position the automation, and insert the screw and nut. Assemble the second bracket to the other side of the automation and attach to the closed gate. Ensure arms are mounted horizontally. Cover the automation when welding the bracket to prevent damage from sparks.

C5- Wiring Diagram

Figure 1 shows the wiring diagram for the control board (P100 PCB1). It details connections for the transformer, fuses, antenna, flashing light, photocells, key selector, button, lock, and motors (M1, M2). Mandatory wiring gauge is ≥ 0.5 mm², recommended is 1 mm².

C6- Installation

Electronic Control Box:

Motor Wire Connection:

Connect motor wires (white/yellow) to the terminal block. Ensure wires are stripped to 5 mm and not too taut. For outward opening gates, connect yellow to Mo1+/Mo2+ and white to Mo1-/Mo2-.

Motor Connections

Diagrams show the connection of Motor M1 (initial opening) and Motor M2 (subsequent opening) to the control board. Ensure correct polarity.

Electric Lock (Optional):

Connect the 2 wires of the electric lock (24V) to the Lo+ and Lo- terminals on the control board.

230V Power Connection:

Connect the 230V power supply to the appropriate terminals on the control box.

Photocells (Optional - AAM0036)

Photocells are safety devices composed of an emitter and receiver. They activate when the beam is interrupted. If an obstacle is detected, the gate stops and opens slightly. Wiring requires 0.5 mm² cable.

Phases:

Flashing Light (Optional - AAM0111)

Remove packaging before connection. The flashing light operates on 24V DC. The antenna can be extended using RG58 coaxial cable. Connect the antenna to the ANT terminal and the braided copper mesh to the GND terminal.

D- ADJUSTMENT / USE

D1- One or Two Leaf Adjustment (Dip Switch 1):

SW1: D/S set. ON = 2-leaf operation, OFF = 1-leaf operation (connected to MOT 1).

D2- Dip Switches 2 and 3:

Switches 2 and 3 are not used.

D3- Automatic Closing Adjustment (Dip Switch 4):

ON: Automatic closing after 30 seconds. Pressing the gate buttons simultaneously cancels automatic mode. Repeat to activate automatic mode. Note: photocells are required for automatic closing.

OFF: No automatic closing (automatic mode can still be activated by remote control).

D4- Photocell Adjustment (Dip Switch 5):

ON: Photocells are active. Crossing photocells during closing stops the gate for 2 seconds. Crossing open photocells resets the pause time.

OFF: Photocell function is disabled.

D5- Opening and Closing Phase Shift (Dip Switch 6):

ON: 8-second phase shift for opening and closing.

OFF: 5-second phase shift for opening and closing.

D6- Slowdown Speed:

Operating speeds are not adjustable.

D7- LED Indicators

D8- Remote Control Learning Process

Add Remotes: Press "RF-Learn" until LED1 lights up. Press a button on the remote. LED1 flashes twice and stays on for 10 seconds. Remote saved.

Delete Remotes: Press and hold the RF button until LED1 turns off.

D9- Dual Leaf System Learning Process

  1. Ensure Switch 1 is ON.
  2. Unlock motors, position both leaves mid-travel, then relock.
  3. On the control board, press and hold SYS-learn until LED2 flashes once per second.
  4. Press the left button on the remote.
  5. The system will learn the sequence: MOT2 closes fully, MOT1 closes fully, MOT2 opens fully, MOT1 opens fully, MOT2 closes fully, MOT1 closes fully. If a leaf opens unexpectedly, interrupt the process by pressing the remote button again, invert motor polarity, and restart.

After learning, the gate can be operated with the remote for full opening or pedestrian opening.

D10- Single Leaf System Learning Process

  1. Ensure Switch 1 is OFF.
  2. Connect the motor to MOT1 output.
  3. Unlock the motor, position the leaf mid-travel, then relock.
  4. On the control board, press and hold SYS-learn until LED2 flashes once per second.
  5. Press the right button on the remote.
  6. The system will learn the sequence: Leaf closes fully, Leaf opens fully, Leaf closes fully. If the leaf opens unexpectedly, interrupt the process, invert motor polarity, and restart.

D11- Obstacle Detection

If an obstacle is detected during opening, the gate stops. If detected during closing, the gate stops, opens slightly, and recloses. When reaching the closing limit, the gate reopens to clear the obstacle.
