Test Set-up and Operation Modes
Test Facilities
Laboratory: TÜV Rheinland (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.
Address: Workshop14, North Half of Workshop 10 and Workshop 16, Pingqian (Taicang) Modern Industrial Park, No.525, Yuewang Lingang South Road, Shaxi, Taicang, Jiangsu, China.
The test equipment used complies with CISPR 16-1 series standards for radio interference measurement.
Principle of Configuration Selection
The EUT was configured to measure its highest possible emission level. Test conditions were adapted according to the instructions for use. Radiated emission tests were performed on 2024-12-31, and conducted emission tests were performed on 2025-02-01.
Equipment and Cable Arrangement
Conducted Emission Test Setup: A block diagram shows the Equipment Under Test (EUT) connected to a Line Impedance Stabilization Network (LISN). The LISN is connected to an EMI receiver. A computer is linked to the EMI receiver for data acquisition. A transformer and power supply are also part of the system.
Radiated Emission Test Setup: A block diagram shows the EUT placed on a support structure. An antenna is positioned to receive radiated emissions from the EUT. Both the EUT and antenna are connected to an EMI receiver. The diagram indicates typical distances for testing (e.g., 3 meters).
Test Software, Accessories, and Countermeasures
No special test software was used. No special accessories or auxiliary equipment were employed. No special measures were taken to achieve EMC compliance.
Conformity Decision Rule
For all EMI tests in this report, compliance with limits is determined by directly comparing measurement results with the corresponding limits. Measurement uncertainties are not considered as they are less than the specified values according to CISPR 16-4-2.
Conducted Emission Results (0.15 MHz - 30 MHz)
Tests were performed in a shielded room with AC 120 V, 60 Hz input voltage. The EUT operated in dimming modes.
