Memory Installation
Install DDR4 memory modules in the two DIMM slots (DIMM_A1, DIMM_B1) for dual-channel operation. Use modules with the same CAS Latency (CL). For Intel® 8th Gen 6-core or higher processors, DDR4 2666MHz and higher frequency modules will operate at a maximum of 2666MHz. Refer to the ASUS website for the Qualified Vendor List (QVL).
Expansion Card Installation
Utilize the PCI Express 3.0/2.0 x16 and PCI Express 2.0 x1 slots for expansion cards. Disconnect power cables before installing or removing expansion cards to prevent electrical hazards.
Storage Device Connection
Connect Serial ATA 6.0Gb/s hard drives using the provided Serial ATA 6.0Gb/s cables to the four SATA 6.0Gb/s ports.
Motherboard Installation
Ensure the motherboard size matches the computer chassis. Align the motherboard's I/O connectors with the chassis rear panel openings. Connect front panel I/O connectors as needed.
