Assembly Instructions
The product is supplied partially assembled.
Step 1: Assemble the Stand
Assemble the stand as shown in Figure 1. [Diagram showing the base frame of the stand and how it connects to a table.]
Screw the base plate to the table. Wood screws are not included as accessories.
Step 2: Attach the Angle Grinder to the Stand
Attach the angle grinder to the stand in the following sequence as shown in Figure 2. [Diagram illustrating the process of mounting an angle grinder onto the stand, showing holder adjustments and bolt placement.]
- Adjust the span of the holders based on the thickness of the angle grinder body.
- Based on the size of the holes in the angle grinder, select the appropriate diameter of the included bolts. Bolt the angle grinder to the stand's holders, ensuring the nut is positioned under the bolt head. Bolts M6 and M8 require plastic spacers (see Figure 3). [Close-up diagram detailing the use of M6/M8 bolts with plastic spacers to secure the angle grinder.]
- Using the bolts in the stand's arm, adjust the angle of the angle grinder relative to the baseplate so that the grinder disc forms a right angle with the baseplate.
- Turn the angle adjustment mechanism to set the desired cutting angle.
Step 3: Final Check
Before starting work, ensure the angle grinder and the workpiece are firmly secured in place.
