Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Base
Remove the pump cushion from the hydraulic base by pulling it away from the pump shaft. Discard the pump cushion.
Step 2: Raise the Hydraulic Shaft
Pump the hydraulic lever to raise the shaft to its highest position. This prepares the base for the chair top installation.
Step 3: Attach the Chair Top
- Align the notch in the seat bracket (located on the bottom of the chair) with the pin on the metal shaft of the hydraulic base.
- Place the chair top onto the base, ensuring the pin and notch align for proper installation.
- Sit in the chair to ensure the metal shaft is fully secured into the seat bracket. Note: The pin may not slide fully into the top of the seat bracket.
- If the chair top is not stable, repeat steps 1 and 2. Check the screws on the bottom of the hydraulic base that secure the pump to the base plate to ensure they are tightened.
Step 4: Attach the Footrest
- Using the provided 14mm wrench, remove the two screws located at the front of the chair top where the footrest will connect.
- Attach the metal footrest to the chair top using these same screws.
- Ensure all screws are tight and secured before use, but be careful not to overtighten.
Product Care
- Cleaning: Brush away excess hair. Clean surfaces with a damp cloth or a simple soap and water solution. Avoid using corrosive cleaning agents such as bleaches. Do not remove upholstery for cleaning.
Product Information
- Enjoy your new chair!
- Always keep the hydraulic base in the upright position. Never stand solely on the footrest, as it may cause the chair to tip.
- After assembly and before use, pump the hydraulic to full height and back down several times to prime the hydraulic fluid. This will keep the pump smooth and responsive.
- Short, quick pumping actions are more effective for adjustments than pressing the lever all the way down each time.
