This section addresses common issues:
- Instrument not turning on: Check AC adapter connection and power button press.
- Power not turning off: Ensure the power button was held long enough.
- Power turns off by itself: Auto power-off function may be enabled.
- No sound from speakers: Check volume, headphone connection, muted parts, pedal volume, polyphony limits, and Local Control setting. Ensure speakers are set to "On".
- Sound will not stop: Check pedal functions/polarity.
- Sound seems doubled: Set Local Control to "Off" if using a DAW.
- External audio distorted: Inputs may be overloaded; adjust volumes.
- Pitch is off: Check transpose function, Master Tuning, and scale settings.
- Unwanted noise: May be due to signal overload, effects, or ground loops; try lowering volumes or checking environment.
- Pedal not working: Verify pedal function/polarity settings and calibrate the expression pedal.
- Cannot record user song: Maximum user songs reached; delete old ones.
- MIDI signals not received/sent: Check USB cable connection.
- Cannot access MEDIA functions: Ensure USB flash drive is correctly plugged in and recognized.
