Notifications & Messaging

The watch can display call, text, social media, and other app notifications from your smartphone. The smartwatch and phone must be within Bluetooth range to receive notifications.

Set Up Notifications

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that your phone permissions allow notifications (usually under Settings > Notifications). Then, in the mobile app, tap the 'Menu' icon > Settings > Watch Notifications. Select the notifications you wish to receive.

Note: Notification permissions differ between iOS and Android users.

Viewing Incoming Notifications

Swipe up from the main watch face to reveal Messages. Tap any message to read it. To exit, swipe down from the top or swipe right if in an expanded message.

Manage Notifications

The device stores up to 5 notifications; older ones are replaced as new ones arrive. You can turn off all or certain notifications via the app's Watch Notifications settings. You can also mute all notifications by enabling Do Not Disturb mode.

Note for Android Users: The 'Other' function allows notifications from apps not directly supported. When 'Other' is on, all notifications from your smartphone's notification panel will be displayed by the watch.

Activity & Sleep

Your smartwatch continuously tracks stats whenever worn. Data syncs with the watch when within Bluetooth range. It is recommended to sync your smartwatch to the app at least once a day.

Track Daily Goals

The smartwatch tracks progress towards daily goals set during account setup. Upon reaching a goal, the app sends a push notification. If a step goal is achieved, your smartwatch vibrates and shows a celebratory badge. Goals can be added anytime (Settings > My Goals).

View your core stats: steps taken, calories burned, and distance covered. Find your complete history and other automatically detected information in the app.

Sedentary Reminder

Enable reminders to move in the mobile app's Settings menu under 'Reminder To Move'. When enabled, this feature is active between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Sleep Monitoring

Your smartwatch automatically tracks sleep time and stages (deep sleep, light sleep, awake time). Sync your smartwatch upon waking and check the app for sleep data. In the app, tap the Sleep card to see sleep history details. Sleep time is currently set between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Heart Rate Monitor

The device tracks your heart rate throughout the day. To measure real-time heart rate, navigate to the heart rate feature by swiping left on the main watch face or by accessing the full menu, scrolling down, and tapping 'Measure HR'. Tap the screen to activate. The watch vibrates when taking a measurement and again upon completion, displaying your heart rate.

Continuous Heart Rate

Your smartwatch supports 24/7 heart rate detection. Activate this in the mobile app by navigating to Settings and tapping 'Continuous Heart Rate Detection'. When active, your smartwatch records your heart rate every 30 minutes. This data syncs automatically with your app when within Bluetooth range. Continuous heart rate detection improves sleep statistic accuracy. Turn it off to preserve battery life.

Note: The graph in the Heart Rate section is connected to the Continuous Heart Rate function. If it's off, the graph will not appear.

If the smartwatch cannot update weather, it will show no information, usually due to a lost phone connection. Reconnect via the application.

Tap 'Find Device' under Settings in the mobile app to vibrate your smartwatch when paired. Note: your watch must be within range of your phone, connected via Bluetooth, and powered on.

Keep your smartwatch within Bluetooth range of your phone during the update. The watch will automatically reset upon completion.

Restart Your Smartwatch

If you encounter issues like syncing problems or stat tracking errors, restarting your watch can help. From the main watch face, swipe down for Quick Settings and tap the power icon [power-icon]. Tap the blue check mark [checkmark-icon] to confirm powering off. Wait 30 seconds for the device to shut down. Then, tap and hold the smartwatch screen for 3-5 seconds to turn it back on.

Reset Your Smartwatch

If restarting doesn't resolve the issue, tap the 'Reset' option in the watch's Settings to reset your smartwatch and clear all data.
