8BitDo Ultimate C Wired Controller

Overview

This document provides instructions and information for the 8BitDo Ultimate C Wired Controller.

Controller Layout

The controller features the following buttons and components:

Home Button: [Home]
D-pad: [Directional Pad]
Left Analog Stick (LSB) & Press (LTS): [Left Stick & Click]
Right Analog Stick (RSB) & Press (RTS): [Right Stick & Click]
View Button: [View]
Menu Button: [Menu]
Left Shoulder Button (LB): [Left Shoulder]
Right Shoulder Button (RB): [Right Shoulder]
Left Trigger Button (LT): [Left Trigger]
Right Trigger Button (RT): [Right Trigger]
Status LED: [Status Indicator Light]
Asterisk Button: [Asterisk/Star Button]

Connectivity

Windows

Required System: Windows 10 (1903) or above.
Connection: Hold the X button while connecting the controller to the USB port of your device. Wait until the controller is successfully recognized by Windows, and the Status LED stays solid.

Raspberry Pi & Android

Requirement: OTG support is required on your Android device. Please contact your manufacturer for more information.
Connection: Hold the B button while connecting the controller to the USB port of your device. Wait until the controller is successfully recognized by your device, and the Status LED stays solid.

Turbo Function

The Status LED blinks continuously when a button with turbo functionality is pressed.
D-pad, joysticks are not included in this functionality.
To activate/deactivate the turbo functionality, hold the button you would like to set and then press the star button.
