How to Use the Vibration Platform
Moving the Platform
Unplug the power cord before moving. Moving requires two persons. One person lifts the upright/handlebars, while the other lifts the rear frame. Bend knees and use legs, not back, to lift.
Turning On the Power
IMPORTANT: If exposed to cold temperatures, allow the platform to warm to room temperature before powering on to prevent damage to electronic components.
Plug the power cord into the jack on the base near the upright. Plug the other end into a 120-volt outlet. Locate the on/off switch near the power cord and ensure it is in the "on" position.
Using Hand Straps
Insert hand strap ends through U-bolts on the standing platform sides and adjust to desired length.
Exercise Form
Refer to the exercise chart for correct form. When standing, bend knees slightly and balance weight on the balls of your feet.
