Why is my laptop not charging or charging slowly through the dock?
- Make sure that your laptop supports charging over Thunderbolt 4 or USB-C with Power Delivery.
- This dock supports up to 96W Power Delivery. Certain laptops, like gaming or creator models, may need higher charging power.
- USB-A ports do not support laptop charging. Use the front Thunderbolt 4 Power Delivery port.
The dock doesn't power up - no LED light, no output.
- Make sure that the power adapter is securely connected to both the dock and wall outlet.
- Make sure that the power button on the front is pressed to turn on the device (the green LED light should light).
My displays won't extend or mirror my laptop's screen.
- Use Display Settings (Windows) or System Preferences > Displays (macOS) to configure output.
- For M1/M2 MacBook (base model), only one external monitor is supported due to chipset limitation.
- For M3 MacBook (base model) dual display setup, please refer to the instructions on Apple's official support page.
Why is the video quality poor or flickering when using dual monitors?
- High-resolution content should be played on the primary display for the best performance.
- Make sure that the cables you are using support the required resolution (HDMI 2.1 or certified Thunderbolt).
- If using both HDMI and Thunderbolt for dual displays, connect the Thunderbolt first to avoid detection issues.
After connecting this product, my DDC/CI monitor control software no longer works.
- Some DDC/CI applications may have compatibility issues with macOS, especially on Apple M1/M2-based systems. We recommend checking the app's official support.
How should I connect the Docking Station to ensure the best resolution output for my monitor?
- This product supports dual displays at 4K@60Hz or a single display at 8K@30Hz.
- Only Thunderbolt ports support 8K@30Hz output.
- Make sure that your host device supports Thunderbolt 4, and use a Thunderbolt 4-certified cable for optimal performance.

My headphones don't have sound when they are connected to the audio jack.
- On macOS, manually select the correct output device in Sound settings.
- On Windows, switch to "Realtek USB2.0 Audio" in Playback Devices if needed.
My external hard drive or USB flash drive is not recognized.
- Make sure that the connection is secure and the drive is properly formatted.
- For new drives, initialize and format in Disk Utility (macOS) or Disk Management (Windows).
The Ethernet port doesn't provide the expected 2.5GbE speed.
- Check if your laptop and router/switch/Ethernet cable support 2.5GbE.

My dock disconnects every 10-15 minutes.
- Try disabling USB selective suspend in Windows.
- This happens if the second monitor was active. The desktop remains extended off-screen.

My cursor disappears when the dock is unplugged.
