Introduction
This document provides an overview of replaceable parts for the Furrion®/Greystone® 25" Griddle with Cast Iron Cooking Plate, 30,000 BTU, along with basic troubleshooting and service information. Keep this manual for safe use and future reference. Pass it on to new owners.

Important Safety Instructions
If you smell gas:
- Turn off gas to the appliance.
- Put out any open fire.
- If smell continues, walk away from the appliance and call your gas dealer or firemen.
- Do not leave this appliance unattended.
- Do not use this appliance within 25 ft of any flammable liquid.
- In case of fire, walk away and call firemen. Do not use water on oil or grease fires.
Note: Not following these instructions may cause fire or explosion, leading to property damage, personal injury, or death.
Read all assembly and safe use information before installing. Contact your service team or supplier for issues; do not attempt self-repair.
Codes
Installation must conform to state or local codes, or the National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1 / NFPA 54, the Standard for Recreational Vehicles, ANSI A/ NFPA 1192, and CSA Z240 RV Series, as applicable.

Consumers are responsible for ensuring the griddle is properly assembled, installed, and maintained. Failure to do so could result in injury or property damage.
Precautions
- Use Griddles outdoors only; not for indoor or enclosed areas.
- If the supplied regulator fails, replace it with the exact model or contact customer service.
- During pressure tests exceeding 1/2 psi (3.5 kPa), disconnect the griddle and its shutoff valve from the gas supply piping system.
- For pressure tests at or below 1/2 psi (3.5 kPa), close the individual manual shut-off valve to separate the appliance from the gas supply piping system.
- Before use, visually inspect the gas hose for wear, breaks, leaks, cracks, cuts, or intrusions. Replace if any are found.
- In rain, snow, hail, sleet, or other precipitation while cooking with oil or grease, cover the cooking vessel immediately and turn off burners and gas supply. Do not move the griddle or vessel.
- Ensure the appliance is on a level, stable, noncombustible surface clear of combustible material. Do not place on asphalt (blacktop).
Important Warnings
- This griddle is for outdoor use only; not for buildings, garages, or enclosed areas.
- Not for use on or under balconies or decks.
- Alcohol or drug use may impair the ability to assemble or operate safely.
- Keep a Type BC or ABC fire extinguisher accessible.
- For oil or grease fires, do not use water; call the fire department or use a BC/ABC extinguisher.
- The appliance must be supervised. Keep children and pets away.
- Not designed as a heater or for frying turkeys.
- Use insulated oven mitts or gloves for protection from hot surfaces or splatter.
- Never place an empty cooking vessel on the appliance while in operation. Be cautious when adding items to the vessel.
- Never move the appliance during use. Ensure it cools to 115°F (45°C) before moving or storing.
- Do not use under extended awnings, as this can cause fire or injury. Install away from the fuel distribution system of recreational vehicles.
- For storage/travel, ensure all low-pressure propane gas system precautions are in place and all shut-off valves are in the OFF position.
Installation Safety Precautions
- Installation must comply with local codes, or the National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1/ NFPA 54, Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code, CSA B149.1, Propane Storage and Handling Code, B149.2, or the Standard for Recreational Vehicles, ANSI A 119.2/NFPA 1192, and CSA Z240 RV Series, as applicable.
- Do not use inside RVs or on boats.
- Certified for use in the United States and Canada only.
- Do not modify for use in other countries; modifications can cause safety hazards or damage.
- Read and understand all safety information, warnings, and precautions before proceeding with assembly and installation.
Cleaning and Maintenance
To Clean Burner
- Shut off gas at the control knob.
- Ensure all components are cooled down.
- Remove the griddle plate from the assembly.
- Use a wire brush to clean food residue and dirt from the burner's outer surface.
- A stiff wire, like an open paper clip, can clear blocked ports.
- Wear eye protection and use an air hose to force air into the burner tube and out the ports, ensuring each port has airflow.

Troubleshooting
