Using Push-Buttons
To control volume using push-buttons, connect (2-wire or 4-wire) momentary switches to each position's up and down port.
Using Volume Knob (Optional)
To control volume using a volume knob, connect a four-conductor encoder such as Audio Authority's Model 1794 to the four-pin encoder port at each position. Push the knob to mute audio.
Digital Audio Source
Connect a PCM 2-channel source to the Optical input jack. Connect the Optical Output to the soundbar.
Power
Connect the included 12V power supply to the Power Input. A 5.5 mm jumper cable can be used to connect to other 1799 units if desired.
