Quick Start Guide
This guide helps you set up and connect your Toshiba appliance with the TSmartLife app.
1 DOWNLOAD THE TSmartLife APP
Scan QR code or find us on your app store.
Available on the App Store and Google Play.
2 REGISTER AND LOG IN
Log in for existing users or sign up for new users.
Supports login via Zalo.
3 CONNECT YOUR DEVICES TO TSmartLife
A. Connect to wireless network and enable Bluetooth
Ensure your phone's wireless network and Bluetooth are enabled. Phone settings display: Wireless network On, Bluetooth On.
B. Open the TSmartLife app. Power on selected device
Open the TSmartLife app and power on your selected device. App display shows the TSmartLife logo and a power icon.
C. Add your device using one of the following methods:
Add your device via the app. App display shows options to search devices or select manually.
QUICK TIPS
- Ensure devices are powered on.
- Keep your mobile phone close to your device during connection.
- Connect your mobile phone to your home wireless network.
- Enable the 2.4GHz frequency on your wireless network router. Consult the manufacturer if unsure about router support.
- The device may not connect to networks requiring authentication or those in public areas (e.g., hotels, restaurants).
- Use a wireless network name with only letters and numbers. If your network name contains special characters, modify it in the router settings. Disable WLAN+ (Android) or WLAN Assistant (iOS) when connecting devices.
- To reconnect a device, click "+" on the app home screen and add it again by category and model as prompted.
