Introduction
This user manual provides comprehensive instructions for operating your Parsonver SR2 Smartwatch. It covers setup, basic operations, features, health monitoring, app integration, and technical specifications.
Getting Started
Powering On/Off
To turn on the watch, press and hold the upper button for approximately 5 seconds. To power off or reboot, press and hold the upper button while the screen is on.
Note: For first use, please charge the watch for 5 minutes. Otherwise, it may not turn on. A full charge takes about 2 hours.
Charging
Place the watch flat and ensure the metal holes on the back align with the metal tip of the charging head. The charging contact spacing is 2.5mm.
Important: The rated voltage of the charging head should not exceed 5V/2A. Do not use vehicle power supply for charging due to unstable voltage.
Downloading the App
To use all features, download the "InfoWear" app:
- Turn on the watch and select your language.
- Scan the QR code displayed on the watch using your phone.
- For iOS: Download from the Apple App Store.
- For Android: Download from the Google Play Store.
Pairing with Your Watch
Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your mobile phone.
- Open the InfoWear app, register, and log in.
- Tap the "Device" icon (second icon from the left) at the bottom of the page, then tap "Add device".
- Select the device that appears on the page (Bluetooth name: PARSONVER SR2-****).
- In the Bluetooth pairing request on your phone, tap "Pair".
- Configure "Message Notification" and tap "Confirm" to complete the connection.
Alternatively, you can scan a QR code:
- On the watch, navigate to Settings > QR code.
- In the app, tap the QR code icon ? in the upper right corner.
- Scan the watch's QR code.
- In the Bluetooth pairing request on your phone, tap "Pair", configure "Message Notification", and tap "Confirm".
Note: You must pair the watch through the app; direct connection via phone's Bluetooth settings is not possible. When connected, the Bluetooth icon ? appears in the upper left corner. If disconnected, the icon is ??.
Basic Operation
Navigation
The main interface is the clock face:
- Swipe Up: Access quick settings. Press the upper button to return to the main interface.
- Swipe Down: Access notifications. Press the upper button to return to the main interface.
- Swipe Left or Right: Access interfaces for heart rate ❤️, SpO2, sleep ?, and stress ?.
- Press Upper Button (on main interface): Enter the menu.
- Press Lower Button (on main interface): Enter "Exercise mode" ?.
- Long Press Screen: Select watch face.
Button Operations
- Upper Button:
- Hold for ~5s: Turn on/off.
- Press (in function interface): Return to clock interface.
- Press (screen on): Access exercise mode interface (default).
- Lower Button:
- Press (on main interface): Enter Exercise mode ?.
- Press (in function interface): Return to clock interface.
- Press (screen on): Access exercise mode interface (default).
Note: The function of the lower button can be customized in Settings > Customize down button.
Control Center
Swipe up on the main interface to access quick settings:
- Bluetooth status: ? (connected) / ?? (disconnected)
- Brightness adjustment: ?

Settings
Access settings via the Control Center or the main menu.
- Notifications: Configure if notifications wake the screen. "Notify only vibration" can extend battery life.
- Sound and vibration: Adjust vibration intensity, silent mode, and ringtone volume.
- Display: Set screen brightness ?, auto-lock time, and "raise to wake" time.
- DND (Do Not Disturb): Set the time for DND mode.
- Auto detect: Enable automatic exercise detection.
- Customize down button: Personalize the function of the lower button.
- Layout: Choose from 4 menu styles.
- System: Reboot, power off, or reset the watch to factory settings.
- About watch: View QR code and device information.
Customizing Watch Faces
You can change watch faces directly on the watch or via the InfoWear app.
- On the Watch: Long press the clock screen for 3 seconds to enter the watch face selection interface.
- Via the App:
- Open the InfoWear app.
- Tap the "Device" icon (second from left) at the bottom.
- Tap "Dial center" (or "Centro di Orologio").
- Choose a watch face and tap "Sync watch face".
- Customizing with Photos:
- Open the InfoWear app.
- Tap "Device" > "Dial center".
- Tap "Album watch face" (or "Quadrante Album").
- Select a template, customize your photo, and tap "Sync watch face".
The watch has 4 built-in watch faces and supports 2 additional customizable faces. To add a third custom face, you must delete an existing one first.
Phone Functions
Access phone functions by pressing the upper button on the main interface.
- Calls:
- Tap ? to view call logs.
- Tap ? to make a call.
- In the call interface, tap ❌? to hang up.
- Tap "..." to adjust volume.
- Tap the dial button to turn the microphone ? on/off.
Note: The other party can hear you when the microphone is on, but not when it's off.
- Disable Bluetooth Calling: Open InfoWear app > Device > Message notification > Turn off the "Call" switch and save.
- Contacts: Tap ? to select a contact for a call.
- Favorite Contacts:
- Open InfoWear app > Device > Frequent contacts.
- Tap "+" to add a contact.
- Select the contact and tap "Save" to sync to the watch.
Swipe left on a contact in the app to delete it. The watch can store up to 10 frequent contacts.
Exercise
Select an exercise mode, tap "Goal" to set your objective, then swipe right. Tap "Start" to begin.
The interface will display exercise time, distance, and calories. Swipe down for more specific data like pace.
Note: Swipe left to access music control, swipe right for exercise control. Press the upper button to pause/resume exercise. In exercise control, tap to pause, long press to end. Tap to enter screen lock mode, keeping the watch on the exercise monitoring interface. If locked, press the upper button to enter exercise control, tap to unlock, then press the upper button to continue.
Health Monitoring
Heart Rate ❤️
Measure your heart rate and view the 24-hour real-time graph, updated every 5 minutes.
Note: To view the 24-hour graph, open the app, go to Device > Health monitoring > Continuous heart rate settings, and enable the switch.
Sleep ?
Check your sleep duration. Swipe up to view deep and light sleep information.
Note: For Rapid Eye Movement (REM) data, open the app, go to Device > Health monitoring > Sleep settings, and enable the switch.
Stress ?
View your stress data. The watch provides a 24-hour real-time stress graph.
Note: To view the 24-hour graph, open the app, go to Device > Health monitoring > Continuous stress setting, and enable the switch.
Reminders
Receive message notifications. The watch cannot reply to text messages.
Note: Open the app, go to Device > Message notification, and enable the desired notification types. Enabling "Don't wake up screen" can extend battery life.
Weather ☁️
Check current weather conditions and swipe down for a 4-day forecast.
Note: Open the app, go to Device > Weather settings, and enable "Weather sync".
Cycles (Women's Health) ?
Set up menstrual cycle information for health reminders.
- Open the InfoWear app, tap "My" (third icon) > "Personal information". Select "Female" in the gender bar and save.
- Tap "Health" (first icon) > "Women's health" and set up your menstrual period information.
Note: You must select "Female" as your gender during account registration to use this feature.
Camera Control ?
Open your phone's camera app. On the watch, tap "Camera" and then tap the capture button to take a photo.
Other Settings
- Device Language: Open InfoWear app > Device > "Device language selection" to choose.
- Unit Settings: Open InfoWear app > My > "Unit settings" to select your preferred units.
- Search Function: Open InfoWear app > Device > use the search bar to quickly find information.
Watchband Replacement
Slide the watchband switch to remove the old band and replace it with one of the same specification (20mm width).

Precautions
- Please clean your watch regularly.
- Do not wear the watch too tight to avoid discomfort.
- If the watch gets wet, be sure to dry it thoroughly before operating.
