Don't Ride Until You Read This

Upon receiving your bike, make sure to note down the serial number (located on the head tube) and register it with the vehicle management center. This step is crucial for tracking your bike and preventing potential loss.

Models E8, E9, and EB7 require the installation of a quick-release front wheel. Before riding, ensure that the front wheel quick-release is correctly installed and securely locked.

Proper installation of the pedals is essential to prevent them from coming off during rides. Distinguish between left (L) and right (R) pedals based on the letters on them. Tighten the pedals according to the direction indicated on the crank label.

Keep the keys safe. Our original keys are used to lock the battery on the frame, but not the entire ebike. Purchase additional bicycle locks for bike security and keep spare keys in case of loss.

Ensure the battery is fully charged before riding. Riding with a severely depleted battery may cause under-voltage issues.

Check the integrity of the cable installation before riding. Avoid riding in wet conditions for extended periods, as the electric bike may slide and cause injury. Wet conditions may also damage the electronics and void the warranty.

Always be aware of and comply with local road laws. Respect pedestrians and do not ride the bike under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

For safety reasons, our electric bikes are intended for adults over 18 years old. Underage riders are not advised to use this bike. Always wear a helmet when riding your electric bike.

Please keep the original packing box and packaging protection equipment for 30 days in case of potential returns.

Before assembling or riding your new electric bicycle, please read this manual carefully. Never attempt to modify, disassemble, or replace any original electrical components on the bike, as it will void the warranty and pose serious safety risks.

Riding any bicycle, electric or not, involves unpredictable and unavoidable risks. However, proper maintenance of the bike's components can help reduce the likelihood of sudden failures, though it cannot eliminate the risk entirely. If a component fails suddenly, it may cause severe injury or even death to the rider. If you notice any abnormalities with the bike's components, please take it to a licensed and reputable mechanic for immediate repair or replacement. Please note that E-Bycco Bike LTD assumes no liability for any harm or injury that may occur while riding our bicycles.

The EBycco electric bicycle has an IP65 waterproof rating. Ride with caution in wet conditions as the tires may slip. We do not recommend riding in extreme weather, such as heavy rain. If the bike has been completely soaked in rain, please allow it to dry thoroughly for a few days before riding again. The electrical components on the bike should never be submerged in water for cleaning. We also advise against storing or using the bike in excessively wet conditions. Water damage is not covered by the warranty.

This manual is not a detailed service guide. E-Bycco Bike recommends having your local bike shop mechanic conduct a thorough safety inspection before your first ride. Ensure the mechanic is experienced and trustworthy.

Installation Instructions

Please follow our installation video for the correct order of installation. Our manual only explains the installation of different parts and is not arranged in order.

The installation steps for the accessories (handlebar, headlight, pedals, rear fender, and rear rack) are universal. The only difference is in the installation of the front wheel. There is a difference in the front wheel installation for single and dual motor electric bicycles, so please pay attention to this distinction.

Handlebar

1.Turn the stem to the front and remove the faceplate and screws of the stem.

2. With the positioned "+" mark facing outward, tighten the 4 screws to secure the handlebar. Then align the front fork straight ahead, and tighten the screws on both sides and the upper screw in front of the handlebar (pointed to by the three red arrows in the picture).

Front Wheel

(Please refer to the installation steps according to your bicycle model)

Front wheel installation of Single Motor E-Bike (E8/E9):

1.Removing the protection of the front fork, lift the bike then insert the disc brake into the caliper. Make sure that the axle fits nicely in the front forks. Note that the brake and brake disc are on the same side, do not install the wheel backwards.

2.There are two springs, a lever and a nut on the quick release skewer. Remove the nut and one spring. Remember to tighten any nuts on the front wheel hub.

Front wheel installation of Dual Motor E-Bike (EB7Pro/G7/EB10):

1. Remove the front fork and brake disc protectors, then take off the black washers and bolts on both sides. On the right side, keep 2 silver washers (place the smooth one on the inside and the textured one with raised patterns on the outside). On the right side, keep only 1 silver washer.

2.Lift the wheel and insert the disc rotor and caliper assembly. Insert the axle into the hooks at the bottom of the front fork. Please note that the silver spacers on both sides need to be installed on the inside of the front fork.

3.IMPORTANT: Tighten the nut on the skewer until the lever becomes firm to close. The lever should leave an imprint in your palm.

Pedals

How to Install Ebike Pedals Correctly

1. Identify Pedals: Pedals are sided and marked with "L" for left and "R" for right, from the rider's perspective.
2. Attach Right Pedal: Start by screwing the right pedal by hand into the crank arm in a clockwise direction. When it's almost fully seated, use a spanner or Allen key to tighten it fully, applying only a small amount of force.
3. Attach Left Pedal: Start by screwing the left pedal by hand into the crank arm in an anti-clockwise direction. When it's almost fully seated, use a spanner or Allen key to tighten it fully, applying only a small amount of force.

Important Tip: Avoid Cross-Threading Bike Pedals

Cross-threading occurs when pedal threads don't align correctly with crank arm threads, damaging them and risking pedal detachment during rides.

To prevent this:

• Install pedals straight into the crank arm.
• Pedals should thread in easily without resistance.
• If resistance is felt, stop, remove the pedal, and try again.
• Clean and regrease threads on the pedal spindle and crank arm if necessary.

Seat post

For better pedaling, safety and overall riding comfort, positioning the seat at the right height is important. The rider's leg length is used to determine the seat's position. When you pedal, your hips should remain level and your legs should be almost fully extended at the boom of the pedal stroke, but not over-extended.

To determine the right seat height, sit on the eBike with one pedal at its lowest point and place the ball of your foot on the pedal. Your leg should be almost fully extended with a slight bend at the knee.

Adjusting the Seat Position and Angle

To change the angle and horizontal position of the seat:

1. Use a 6 mm Allen wrench to loosen the seat adjustment bolt on the clamp positioned underneath the seat, above the rear wheel. Do not remove the bolt fully.
2. Move the seat backward or forward to adjust the angle. A seat position horizontal to at ground is desirable for most riders.
3. While holding the seat in the desired position, use a 6 mm allen wrench to tighten the seat angle adjustment bolt securely to the recommended torque value.

1. Open the quick release lever. Insert the seat post into the seat tube.

2. Adjust the height of the seat. Do not raise the seatpost beyond the minimum insertion marking on the seat post.

3. Tighten the nut on the quick release until the lever becomes firm to close. Close the quick release lever by your palm or finger.

Headlight

1. Make sure the front fork brace is at the front of the bike, not at the back.

2. Place the headlight and the fender at a right position, then tighten the screw. The headlight can be adjusted up and down to change the illumination angle.

Locate Your Bike's Serial Number

A bike frame number, also known as a serial number, is a unique identifier. E-Bycco each electric bike has a one of a kind serial number associated with it. Please locate the serial number on your bike and record it by yourself.

The serial numbers are located on the head tube or on the bottom axis connecting the pedals. Please check the below picture for reference.

You do not need to register your bike serial number with EBycco to claim your one-year warranty. However, it's important for you to register your bike. There are many online websites that allow you to register your eBike! We recommend Bike Index, but it's important to note that Bike Index is an online directory that is not affiliated with E·Bycco eBikes.

Why register your eBike in a database?

By registering with bike Index you are not just protecting your own bike, you are also making it more difficult for bike thieves to steal, which helps the entire eBike community.

If your eBike is stolen and it shows up at a pawn shop or a reselling marketplace, you will be able to file a police report or simply have a positive ID for your lost or stolen bike.

Log onto Bike Index. If you are a new user click the "Sign up" button on the top left of the homepage. Follow the steps to create an account. If you have used Bike Index before simply sign in with your existing account.

Bike index requires information to register bikes including, bike type, serial number, model year, frame model, manufacturer, frame color, and your personal email.

After your eBike is registered be sure to keep tabs on your username and password so you can access your bike's index when you need to (hopefully that won't be necessary).

Many people unknowingly purchase stolen bikes because they aren't aware of online databases that register bikes.

Bike Index offers bike shops and law enforcement an easy-to-use interface to investigate suspicious bikes and a way to quickly contact the rightful owner. Stolen bikes are recovered every week through this process.

Recommended Torque Values

It is recommended that fasteners be tightened to the manufacturer's specification found below:

Battery

For your convenience, the E·Bycco battery can be removed.

1. The ebike comes with the battery key attached to the handlebar.

2. Insert the key into the keyport, open the battery lock. Carefully slide the battery upwards and lift it off the frame.

3. The function of the key is to lock the battery on the battery bottom plate and does not have the function of starting the ignition.

4.Once fully charged, the charger indicator light turns green. There would be 3 green lights on the battery, and the fourth red light will not turn green.

5. Unplug the charger from the power outlet first and then remove the charger output plug from the battery charging port. Avoid leaving the charger plugged in when the battery is fully charged.

How to Charge an Electric Bike Battery

1. The battery can be charged while attached or detached from the bike. The battery can be removed from the battery base by unlocking the battery with the battery key. It is recommended to charge the battery before your first ride.

2. Open the rubber cover on the right side of the battery to access the charging port. Connect the charger output plug to the battery charging port.

3. Plug the charger into a power outlet. The charging process will begin, indicated by the charger's LED charge status light turning red. Once fully charged, the indicator light on the charger will turn green.

Battery Locking Instructions for Safe Riding

Before riding:

1. Use the battery key (on left handlebar) to lock the battery.
2. Insert key → Turn to lock → Remove key.
3. Always check if the battery is secure before riding.
4. Keep your key safe – replacements require custom orders.
5. For lock issues or lost keys, contact our support team.

This simple precaution ensures your battery stays securely mounted during rides while allowing quick access when needed. Ride safely!

Battery and Charger Operating Instructions

1. Battery Charging Temperature Range

Charge the battery only in ambient temperatures between 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F). Charging outside this range may damage battery performance and lifespan.

2. Battery Operating Temperature Range

The eBike is designed to operate in temperatures from -5°C to 40°C (23°F to 104 °F). Extreme temperatures may temporarily reduce range or power output.

3. Battery Storage Temperature Range

For long-term storage, keep the battery in a dry environment between -10°C to 30°C (14°F to 86°F) with 30%-60% charge. Avoid freezing or high-heat conditions.

4. Safety Warning

Do not modify, disassemble, or attempt to repair any part of the eBike's electrical system. Unauthorized alterations void the warranty and may cause fire hazards or system failures.

5. Charger Specification

Use only the original Fudiar chargers specified below, manufactured by Zhejiang Fudian Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. Third-party chargers may cause overheating, battery damage, or safety hazards. If your charger is damaged, please contact E·Bycco directly to purchase genuine batteries instead of purchasing them elsewhere.

Warning:

• Do not mix chargers with incompatible voltage/current ratings.
• Always verify the model number on the charger label before use.

How Long Does It Take to Charge an Ebike?

On average, ebike batteries can reach a full charge in about 8 hours (based on your bike model). How long it takes to charge your ebike battery will depend on the battery capacity and the capabilities of the charging adapter.

How Often Should You Charge an Ebike Battery?

If you regularly ride your ebike, most experts recommend charging your battery after every ride. That ensures you always have maximum range available. If you ride less often or only take frequent, short rides, you can charge it when you notice the battery level is around 20% or lower.

Lithium Ion Battery Charging Tips

Here are a few electric bike lithium ion battery care tips to protect battery health and lifespan:

• Don't charge your ebike in direct sunlight or in extreme temperatures (both when it's very hot or cold). Instead, charge your ebike indoors at ambient room temperature in a dry space.
• Unplug your bike from the charger when it has reached a full charge to reduce the risk of fires and damaging the battery.
• Newer li-ion batteries don't have to be totally depleted to be charged, so top up when necessary.
• If you're storing your ebike for a while, charge it to 50% to prevent it from dropping down to 0% before you can ride again.

Should an Ebike Battery Be On or Off When Charging?

E-Bycco suggest turning off your ebike while it's charging. This enhances safety by ensuring accidental water damage doesn't pose an electrocution hazard.

How Long Do Ebike Batteries Last?

Ebike batteries generally last for three to five years. The lifespan of bike batteries in charging cycles (typically 1,000 cycles). The exact lifespan will depend largely on how often you use the battery and how well you take care of it.

Lithium Ion batteries can be dangerous. Take care when using and charging your battery. Failure to follow the above guidelines could result in damage to property and/or serious injury. Contact E·Bycco Bikes immediately if you have any questions regarding battery safety.

User Maintenance Instructions

To ensure optimal performance and longevity of your lithium-ion battery electric bicycle, please follow these maintenance guidelines:

1. Ebike Battery Maintenance

• Don't use your ebike battery if it's hot: Take a break and let it cool down to protect the battery's health and longevity.
• Unplug it when it's fully charged: Leaving your bike battery plugged in results in electric loads that can strain the battery.
• Store your battery at room temperature: Leaving your battery in a cold garage or in the baking sun can cause damage.
• Keep your battery dry when possible: Most ebike batteries are weatherproof, but they're not designed to be submerged or ridden in consistent rain.
• Remove the bike battery when hauling it: Whether you use a bike rack or want to ship your bike to take it on vacation, remove the battery to abide by safety regulations and prevent damage from the elements.
• Use the charger provided by the manufacturer: Battery chargers use different volts and amps to juice up your battery. Using one that's too powerful can damage your battery.
• Inspect and maintain the electrical contacts between the battery and the controller (the connection where you plug the battery into the bike) on a regular basis: Make sure the prongs aren't bent. If the interface becomes contaminated with grit, mud, or snow, clean it before connecting your battery.
• Never charge your battery overnight: This is the quickest way to deplete its cells!

2. Temperature Impacts on Batteries

Like any other device that uses a lithium-ion battery, the range and performance of your ebike can be dramatically affected by temperature changes. Have you noticed that your iPhone or Android battery life goes down while skiing or hiking on cold days but returns to normal when you go back inside? Temperature plays a big role in the effectiveness of the battery.

Since ebikes can be ridden in very hot and very cold temps, it's important to keep your battery in mind when riding, charging, or storing in extreme conditions. A couple of things to be aware of:

• Don't leave your E·Bycco ebike in the trunk of a hot car (think Phoenix in July) with the battery attached. Remove the battery and carry it with you instead.
• Riding your E·Bycco ebike in cold temperatures will have an impact on range reduction. If you park your ebike outside overnight, bring your battery inside with you. Only take the battery back outside when you are ready to ride. This helps minimize the impact of temperature on the range.

3. Batteries and Water

E-Bycco ebikes are built to the IP65 water-resistant standard, meaning that your ebike, and the battery attached therein, are resistant to water splashes from any direction. Riding in light rain or leaving your ebike in rainfall is acceptable. Raindrops or spray from a wet road will not harm your bike or battery.

Although it's fine to ride most e-bikes, including E·Bycco ebikes, in the rain, you should always dry the contacts on the battery to prevent corrosion and oxidation. An electrical contact cleaner can be used to keep that connection clean if needed.

In extreme weather (for example, in a community where roads are salted in winter), you can apply battery terminal grease as a preventative. But, if you live in an area with extreme weather, it's equally important to know that your E Bycco ebike and battery are not intended to be submerged or subjected to harsh rainfall or pressurized washers.

4. Tire & Brake Inspection

• Check tire pressure weekly and maintain within the recommended PSI range (printed on the tire sidewall).
• Regularly inspect brake pads for wear and ensure proper alignment. Replace if worn down.

5. Cleaning & Storage

• Wipe down the frame and components with a damp cloth (avoid high-pressure water jets).
• Store the e-bike indoors in a dry environment to prevent rust and electrical damage.

WARNING:

• Never attempt to modify the battery, motor, or controller. Tampering voids the warranty and may cause safety hazards.
• Avoid extreme temperatures (below -10°C / 14°F or above 50°C / 122°F) during use or storage.

E-Bike Moving & Storage Instructions

To ensure the safety and longevity of your lithium-ion battery electric bicycle, please follow these essential practices for transportation and storage:

Before Transport:

Always power off your e-bike and remove the battery before moving it. Secure loose components such as the handlebars (lock in place), foldable pedals (if applicable), and any detachable accessories. For added protection, use padded covers or foam to prevent scratches during transit.

During Transport:

When transporting by vehicle, position the e-bike upright or on its side and secure it firmly with straps to minimize movement. Avoid stacking heavy items on top.

Battery Storage:

For optimal battery health, store it with a charge level between 30%-60% in a dry, temperature-controlled environment (10°C–25°C / 50°F–77°F). Never expose the battery to direct sunlight, freezing conditions, or excessive humidity.

Long-Term Storage (1+ Month):

Detach the battery and store it separately in a cool, dry place. Maintain tire pressure at the recommended PSI and elevate the bike to prevent flat spots. If unused, recharge the battery to 30%-60% every 2-3 months to preserve performance.

1. Never transport or store the e-bike with a fully charged or depleted battery.
2. Avoid exposure to open flames, water, or extreme temperatures.
3. Use only original packaging or a certified bike rack for safe transport.

Operate Your E-bike

Make sure you read this entire manual before turning on and operating your eBike.

Now that your Ebike is installed. It is almost time to start riding. The EBycco bikes are equipped with pedal assist, and a thumb throttle, and can also be used as regular bikes.

Before learning about how to operate your new Ebike, it is important you know where all of the important controls are located. Below are photos showing where key controls and features are on your Ebike. Please note that you need to start the display to turn on the power for the ebike.

Press the button for 3 seconds to turn on the display, and then get the power.

Press the -/ for 3 seconds to enter step push mode.

How to turn on the power?

Please Note: Please turn on the switch on the side of the battery first.

" - " means on, "O" means off.

Long press the “ ” key for about 3 seconds to start the display and turn on the power.

Likewise, to turn off the power of the e-bike, you also need to long press the “ ” key for approximately 3 seconds.

The headlight can only be turned on when the power is on.

How to turn on dual motor mode for EB7Pro/EB10?

For our Dual-Motor Ebike-EB7Pro/EB10, there is a red button on the left side of the handlebar. This button is a switch for the front wheel motor. It can turn on the front wheel motor during riding to increase riding power and climbing ability.

Operating the LCD Display

Notes: The trip meter will reset when the bike is powered off. The maximum and average speed will be calculated for a given trip, and will reset when the bike is powered off. When the bike has not been used for 10 consecutive minutes, the display will automatically shut down. The pedal assist and throttle features will no longer work when the display is turned off.

Display Settings

To change display settings, hold the up and down button at the same time to enter the advanced settings menu. In this menu, clicking the power button will toggle between each numbered setting. To adjust the value of each setting, click the up and down buttons accordingly.

Explanation of the Setting Parameters

Five Working Modes:

1.Full Throttle/Pure Electric Mode

Power on the bike and ride using pure electric power by simply pressing the throttle with your thumb, without the need to pedal.

2.5 Level Pedal Assist Mode:

Power on the bike and start riding by pedaling. The pedal sensor will transmit signals to the controller, which activates the motor. The faster you pedal, the faster the speed of the bike. Note that our pedal assist has 5 different levels, which can be adjusted using the LCD control key. The upper button increases the assist level, while the lower button decreases it.

3.Walking Mode:

Electric bikes are typically heavier than non-electric bikes, which can make walking the bike more difficult. To make walking the bike easier, EBycco bikes are equipped with a walk mode. Simply hold down the button on the display control pad and the motor will engage at a slow walking speed. The display will indicate that walk mode is on. To turn off walk mode, simply engage the motor inhibitors by pulling the brake levers, or press and hold the down button.

4.Cruise Mode:

The cruise control on E-Bycco bikes works similarly to cruise control in a car. To activate, hold down the button and press and hold the throttle. The bike will try to maintain a constant speed based on the position of the throttle when cruise control was activated. For example, if you hold the throttle all the way down (at a position that would normally maintain 20km/h) and then hold down the button, the bike will engage cruise control at 20km/h. Even if the bike is currently going slower than 20km/h, it will try to accelerate and maintain that speed because it was set based on that throttle position. To cruise at low speeds, simply press the throttle slightly and hold down the button. Cruise control can be deactivated at any time by pulling the brakes, pressing the throttle again, or holding down the down button, which will cut power to the motor.

5. Normal Bike Mode:

Power off the display and ride it by pedaling like you would a regular bike. Note that electric bikes are typically heavier than non-electric bikes, which can provide a good workout for your leg muscles.

Changing the Top Speed

You must check your local laws and regulations to determine if it is lawful to ride this bike on public roads before adjusting the bike's top speed. Laws vary by trail, path, and road so be sure to check in each new location you will be riding.

To change the top speed of the bike:

1. Access the settings menu by pressing and holding the up and down buttons of the display simultaneously until the screen says "PO1".
2. From here you can cycle through settings by hitting the power button of the display and adjust the settings by pressing the up or down buttons.
3. Please go to setting"P08" and change this setting from 100 to 25(Suppose you want to adjust the maximum speed to no more than 25km h).
4. Press and hold the up and down buttons on the control pad until the main screen is shown once again.
5. Power the bike off by holding the power button to save the settings you have just changed.

How to lift the speed limiter?

1. Please press and hold "+" and "-" button at the same time to adjust to the "P01" screen, and then press "M" button to adjust to the "P02 - P16";
2. Then, please set the value of "P08" ="100'", and set"P06" to the wheel diameter value. (E8/E8S/E9="29"; E87/EB7Pr0="28")

Battery Capacity Display

On the top of the LCD display. a battery indicator bar can be found which is labeled “energy bar". This battery indicator shows the estimated charge left in the bike's battery. As the battery depletes, tick marks will begin to disappear according to approximately how much charge in the battery has been used. The various charge level indicator states are shown below. The battery display will flash when there is no charge remaining.

Note: The energy bar will not always be accurate. The energy bar updates every few minutes based on the current voltage of the battery.

TIPS WHEN RIDING TO INCREASE RANGE

To get the maximum range out of your bike there are some simple things you can do:

• Ride in a lower level of pedal assist
• Use lower assist levels and pedal when climbing hills
• Pedal when starting from a standstill
• Set your max speed lower than 25 km/h on the LCD display

The range the bike can go on a single battery charge can vary significantly between riders, terrain, wind conditions, user input, and additional payload weight.

Troubleshooting

If your bike is not operating normally, there are some simple steps that can be taken to remedy the situation quickly. There may or may not be an error code that pops up on the screen depending on the issue. Solutions to common problems, as well as error code meanings, can be found below. Helmets and Local Laws

Always wear a helmet when riding your eBike. Ensure that the helmet fits your head and is securely tightened down. Before riding, read local laws and comply with all rules relating to cycling and eBiking in your area. If you attach a seat for children to the bike, they must also be wearing a properly fitted helmet at all times.

Pre-ride Safety Check and Inspection

Before each ride, make sure to inspect your eBike to ensure there are no loose fasteners or accessories. Make sure to specifically check that both the front and rear axles are secure. Also, make sure both the handlebar and the handlebar stem are not loose. Check the tire pressure of both wheels before riding to ensure the tires are inflated to the recommended pressure printed on the side of the tire walls. Pull the brake levers to make sure your brakes are working properly and adjust if necessary. Ensure both your seat post and handlebar stem are inserted past their minimum insertion points as indicated by the markings on them.

Riding in Wet Conditions

This electric bicycle can withstand light rain and small splashes, but is not designed to be subjected to inclement weather, extremely heavy showers, or submersion in water. Use caution when riding in wet conditions as it will take longer to use the brakes to slow down, and also when turning as the tires may slip. The electrical components on the bike are not waterproof. The entire bike has an IP rating of 54. Water damage is not covered under warranty.

Riding at Night

Riding at night comes with more risks than riding during the day due to decreased visibility so riders are encouraged to exercise increased caution. Before riding at night, make sure that reflectors are installed on your eBike. For increased visibility, also ensure the front headlight and rear tail light are turned on and adjusted such that other people on the road can see them clearly. Riders should wear bright colored clothing at night.

Max Weight

The bike can safely carry a total weight of 150 kg. if the rear rack is attached to the bike, the max weight it can hold is 30 kg. Therefore if you have a payload that is 30 kg the maximum rider weight is 120kg. Failure to adhere to these weight limits may invalidate your warranty, cause damage to the bike or rack, or cause serious injury to the rider. Note range and top speed will be affected by total weight being carried by the bike. If you are over 120 kg you should lock out the suspension fork before riding.

Correctly Adjust Front Frok

Adjust the suspension fork based on the terrain and your weight. The suspension fork greatly affects the bike's handling, especially over bumps and during braking. In some situations, it may be advantageous to lock out the suspension so it is fully rigid. To fully lock the suspension, turn the knob clockwise towards the "lock" direction indicated until it cannot be turned further. To make the suspension softer, turn the knob counterclockwise.

Check the Battery Level

Ensure that the battery is adequately charged before starting your ride. Low battery levels may impact the performance and range of the electric bike.

Warranty

1. Warranty Conditions

This warranty applies only to the original owner of E·Bycco. This warranty is limited to a one-time replacement of defective parts at E-Byccos sole discretion. This warranty does not cover damage caused by failure to follow the instructions in the owner's manual, acts of God, accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, commercial use, alteration, modification, improper assembly, wear and tear, installation of parts or accessories not originally designed or not compatible with the sale of incompatible bikes, operator error, water damage, extreme riding, stunt riding, or improper subsequent maintenance.

Parts covered by the warranty: frame, forks, stem, handlebars, headset, seat post, saddle, brakes (excluding brake pads), lights bottom bracket, crankset, pedals, rims, wheel hub, freewheel, cassette derailleur, shifter, motor, throttle, controller, wiring harness, LCD display (excluding damage due to water), Kick stand, reflectors, and hardware. The battery warranty does not include damage from power surges, use of 3rd party charger, improper maintenance, or other such misuses, normal wear, or water damage (including rust). Stolen bikes are not covered under warranty.

Necessary precautions must be taken to ensure the bike and battery are not exposed to severe weather conditions. Exposure to very wet, hot, or cold conditions may void the warranty.

Note that your insurance policies may not provide coverage for accidents involving E·Bycco Bikes. To determine if coverage is provided, you should contact your insurance company or agent.

Damage as a result of an accident is not covered under this warranty, and E·Bycco Bikes is not responsible for the repair or replacement of damaged bikes or parts.

E-Bycco Bikes reserves the right to change its warranty at any time and without notice.

1. How to apply for a warranty

For warranty services, please contact E·Bycco Bikes online support by email at ebyccous@gmail.com. As part of the warranty process, E-Bycco Support Team may request additional documents (such as pictures and videos) to assist with accurately diagnosing the problem and processing the warranty claim. E·Bycco will give you best solution within 24 hours.

A) What is covered under warranty:

1. If a component is found to be defective or damaged due to a manufacturing error within one month of receiving the bike, we will replace the part free of charge.
2. Any parts damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge, provided we are notified within 14 days of the shipment arrival. This applies to all products including bikes and accessories.
3. We offer a 1-year warranty for the frame, motor, battery, and controller. (premise: no damage caused by man-made or accidental)

B) What is not covered under warranty:

1. E-Bycco will not replace any part without first seeing a photo or video of the damaged part. Warranty service is not applicable for secondhand owners.
2. Wear items, such as the chain, tires, wheels, tubes, battery box and base, handbrake pads, cables and housing, grips, and spokes are not covered under warranty as they naturally wear down with use. It is the owner's responsibility to replace these parts.
3. We are not responsible for any damage, fault, or losses arising from unauthorized servicing or use of unauthorized components.
4. We will not replace any parts that are damaged due to user error. We will not pay for any third-party service or part replacements unless agreed upon before repair. If the owner uses their own shipping service, E·Bycco will not be responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping.

Bike Performance Disclaimer

The bikes listed range and top speed are estimates (not guarantees) of expected performance. The performance will vary with rider weight, cargo weight, rider /cargo shape (both contribute to drag), terrain, tire pressure, brake adjustment, throttle vs PAS usage, pedal power, battery charge level, ambient temperature and wind conditions. Under certain conditions, it is possible to get ranges and top speeds that are different from the listed estimates.

Riding any kind of bicycle comes with inherent risks and dangers that cannot be predicted or avoided. These dangers could result in a serious accident, injury, or death of the rider. It is the sole responsibility of the rider to become properly educated and prepared to ride safely. Once in possession of the bike, E·Bycco Bikes strongly encourages and recommends that all customers have a certified and reputable bicycle mechanic complete a full inspection of each component on the bicycle to ensure it is safe for operation. E-Bycco Bikes makes no claims or guarantees that the brakes, battery, frame, motor, motor controller, LCD display electrical cables, electrical cable housings, fasteners, grips, fork, stem, shifters, headset, seatpost, seatpost clamp, handlebar stem clamp, saddle, wheel hubs, handlebars, spokes, rims, tires, tubes, derailleur, freewheel, cassette, throttle, kickstand, lights, reflectors, hardware, bottom bracket, or any other part or accessory, will be properly secured and adjusted upon arrival. Before every ride fully inspect your bicycle to ensure everything is secured and adjusted properly.

Under no circumstances is E.Bycco Bikes responsible for any damage resulting from damaged, defective, or improperly secured parts. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to personal property, personal injury, or death.
