Electrical Safety

• Ensure your home's electrical current matches the appliance's specifications. Consult a qualified electrician if unsure.
• The appliance has an integrated low-voltage adapter and power cord. Do not replace or modify any part to avoid electrical hazards.
• The appliance is Class II (double insulated) and does not require earthing.
• Periodically check the appliance, adapter, and cord for damage. Do not use if damaged.
• Always unplug by pulling the plug, not the cord.
• Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces, sharp edges, and high-traffic areas to prevent tripping. Ensure it is not accessible to children.
• If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, an authorized agent, or a qualified person.
• Do not use the appliance while bathing or showering. Do not immerse in water or any liquid. Keep the appliance dry and at least 1 meter away from water sources.
• If the appliance falls into water, unplug it immediately. Do not reach into water while it is connected to power.
• Do not use extension cords or voltage converters with this appliance.

Users

• This appliance is not intended for use by persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental capacities, or lack of experience, unless supervised or instructed by a responsible person.
• Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the appliance, as they are unaware of potential hazards. This is not a toy and must be kept away from children.

Preparing for Use

Before Using

• Ensure all packaging materials are removed.
• For first-time use, charge the appliance for 14-16 hours for optimal performance.
• Connect the adapter cord to the appliance and plug into an electrical outlet. The charging light will indicate charging is in progress.

Choosing Attachments

Refer to Table 1 for selecting the appropriate attachment for different grooming tasks (Beard, Beard line, Ear, Eyebrow, Moustache, Nape of Neck, Nose, Sideburns, Hair).

Charging the Batteries

• Ideal charging temperature is 15-35° C. Avoid temperatures above 50° C.
• Ensure the appliance is switched off before plugging into the wall socket.
• Connect the adapter to the appliance and then to the wall socket. The charging indicator light turns red and stays on during charging.
• Charge continuously for 16 hours for the first charge. Subsequent charges take approximately 8 hours.
• A full charge provides about 45 minutes of use.
• Recharge the batteries every 6 months if the appliance is not used.

Operation

• Select the appropriate attachment and carefully attach it to the main body, ensuring it clicks into place.
• The 6 mm comb (J) is for the precision guide (D). Combs 12 mm and 20 mm (H, I) are for the full-size trimmer guide (G).
• Adjust comb heights by sliding the button or pressing the fixture base, as indicated.
• Turn the trimmer on by sliding the switch to 'I' (on).
• After use, switch off by sliding the switch to '0' (off). Detach accessories by pressing the release buttons (C).

Cutting Hair

• Hair must be dry and free of lotions.
• Comb hair to achieve desired length. Cut against the direction of hair growth.
• Pay attention to hair growth direction, skull contours, and maintain an oblique position.
• Start with a small amount of hair and a longer setting. Do not force the trimmer.

Grooming Beard or Moustache

• Use a comb to straighten hair.
• Select the appropriate accessory.
• Start under the chin, follow the jawline, and move in various directions.
• For thinning, use the comb to hold the beard.
• Move the trimmer slowly along the comb. Adjust comb for desired appearance.
• For moustache, comb downwards and trim from the center outwards. Avoid trimming the top of the moustache.
• Maintain beard shape using the trimmer with the adjustable guide removed. Shave the lower neck for a defined neckline.
• Remove stray hairs with a trim razor. Plucking is not recommended.

Micro Shaver Attachment (E)

• Use for cleaning up detail areas. Avoid holding at an angle for best results.

Nose/Ear/Eyebrow Trimmer (F)

• For ear hair, insert no more than 0.5 cm into the ear canal. Move in circular motions.
• For eyebrows, guide cutting edges to stray hairs along the eyebrow line. Do not use to define the entire eyebrow line.

Nape of Neck (D)

• Use a mirror for self-haircuts. Protect hair not needing cutting with a finger. Move the trimmer upwards along the neck.

Nose Trimmer

• Carefully insert the trimmer no more than 1/4" (0.5 cm) into the nostril. Move in circular motions.

Oiling the Blades Block

• Attachments require monthly lubrication.
• Use only the provided oil or light-grade oils (e.g., sewing machine oil).
• Rinse attachments, dry them, then apply 1-2 drops of oil and spread. Wipe off excess.
• Do not use hair oil, grease, or kerosene-mixed oil.

Tips for Haircuts and Grooming Beard or Moustache

• For beginners, use longer guides for hair, beard, or moustache.
• Do not trim wet hair, beard, or moustache, as it appears longer and may lead to over-trimming when dry.
• For haircuts, use clean, dry hair. Dry in the desired direction. Ensure hair is tangle-free. Pay attention to hair growth direction and skull contours.
• For beard and moustache trimming, use a good comb. A mirror is essential. Maintain balance by trimming from ear to chin.

Troubleshooting

Cleaning

• Ensure the appliance is unplugged before cleaning.
• Do not immerse the main body in water or other liquids. Wipe with a clean, dry cloth. Do not use thinners or benzene.
• Detach accessories to access blades. Detach accessories (D, E, F, G) from the main body by pressing release buttons (C).
• Brush blades and compartments with the cleaning brush (K) to remove hair.
• Accessories (D, E, F, G) can be cleaned under tap water. Do not use hot water.
• To clean the micro shaver (E), remove the cover, clean accumulated hair with the brush (K), and reassemble.
• After cleaning, reassemble the appliance.

Protection of the Environment

• Dispose of electrical and electronic equipment according to specific rules to preserve the environment and human health. Do not dispose of as unsorted municipal waste. Utilize designated collection points for reuse, recycling, or other applications.
• This appliance contains rechargeable Ni-MH batteries. Remove and dispose of batteries properly before scrapping the appliance to protect the environment.

Remove the Rechargeable Batteries

• Ensure batteries are fully discharged.
• Remove the rubber panel using a flat-head screwdriver.
• Remove the back panel using a flat-head screwdriver.
• Open the appliance and remove batteries with wire cutters.
• Dispose of batteries according to local regulations; do not put them in domestic waste.

Oil Bottle

• Keep away from children. Do not drink. Avoid eye contact. Dispose of empty bottle according to local regulations.

Warranty

The product warranty is valid for two years. In case of malfunction, return the product to the store of purchase with proof of purchase, complete and in original packaging.
