Safety Warning
- Read this manual carefully before use.
- The cover is made of plastic and is fragile; handle with care. Use the handle for carrying, not the pressure rod.
- Do not attempt to overhaul the machine to avoid damage and voiding the warranty.
- Avoid prolonged operation; disconnect power when not in use.
- Do not immerse the machine in water or use it in adverse conditions.
- Ensure the power source matches the 12V Car Cigarette Lighter before use.
- Pay attention to floor stability and loading capacity. Locate the exact loading position on the car before lifting.
- Do not overload the machine. Keep the lifted car upright; never operate it at an angle.
- Do not pull the power cable carelessly during use to prevent breakage or short circuits.
- Ensure the car is parked, the engine is off, and the parking brake is engaged before use.
- The operator must remain with the machine during operation. If leaving briefly, shut off the machine first.
- The machine uses precise hydraulic oil. Ensure adequate ventilation and avoid high or low temperatures. The suitable operating temperature range is -15°C to 50°C.
- This machine is intended for car maintenance only.
CAUTION: The maximum loading car weight is 5T!
1) Advantages
The VEVOR Electric Hydraulic Jack features a stylish design and advanced electric machinery technology, offering low noise, quick operation, and stable lifting performance.
For safety, it includes a self-locking power structure and an overload protection device. If power is disconnected, the lifted jack will not fall. It can resume operation by reconnecting power or be lowered using the safety knob, ensuring operator safety.
To enhance practicality, the machine integrates a Tire Inflator Pump, combining the functions of a Car Jack and a Tire Inflator Pump.
This machine is widely suitable for Family Cars, Go-anywhere Vehicles, and Multi-Purpose Vehicles.

4) Application Method
Jack Function:
- Stop the car and engage the parking brake.
- Ensure the switch is in the 'O' (Close) position. Connect the power plug to the car's cigarette lighter.
- Position the jack under the car's designated lifting point, ensuring the center of the Pressure Rod aligns with it. Rotate the adjusting screw to bring it close to the chassis.
- Set the function switch to 'Lift' and the direction switch to 'Up'. The jack will operate until the car tire is approximately 5 cm off the ground. Reset the power switch. The machine will lock automatically when power is disconnected.
- After changing the tire, set the direction switch to 'Down'. The jack will lower the car at a constant speed.
- Collect all cables and tools in the line winding box upon completion.
Inflation Function:
- Prepare the equipment. Pull out the air hose, attach the appropriate inflatable head, and turn on the power.
- Set the function switch to 'Inflation'. The pump will start inflating. Monitor the pressure gauge.
- Once inflation is complete, turn off the power. Remove the inflatable head and store it in the tool box. Disconnect the cigarette lighter plug and store the cables.

6) Fault Diagnosis
1. Jack couldn't work
- Check if the auto power is on.
- Verify the function switch is in the correct position.
- Check if the pilot lamp on the cigarette lighter plug is lit. If not, re-connect the plug. If it still doesn't light, check the fuse inside the cigarette lighter plug.
- Ensure the power cable plug is securely connected to the jack.
- If the socket has no power or is loose, connect the power correctly. If the power switch is in the 'O' position, adjust it to '|'. Check the cigarette lighter plug fuse; replace if destroyed.
2. Not Inflating
- Ensure the inflator pump is started.
- Verify the air hose nozzle is properly connected to the tire's valve stem.
- Inspect the air hose for leaks due to damage.
3. The pressure rod couldn't be risen
- Confirm the motor is running.
- Ensure the function switch is set to 'JACK' and the direction switch is set to 'Up'.
- Check if the ambient temperature is within the product's operating range (-15°C to 50°C). If it's too cold, preheat the jack to thaw the hydraulic oil before use.
- If the machine hasn't been used for a while, the hydraulic oil might be sluggish. Press the 'Down' switch for one minute, then press the 'Up' switch.
4. The pressure rod couldn't be fallen
- Confirm the motor is running.
- Ensure the function switch is set to 'JACK' and the direction switch is set to 'Down'.
- If the machine hasn't been used for a while, press the 'Up' switch for five seconds, then press the 'Down' switch.
- To manually lower the pressure rod: Remove the head of the safety valve (Diagram Two, point 4). Loosen the safety valve with the six-angle spanner (turn counter-clockwise about half a circle) until the pressure rod lowers to its original position. Then, tighten the valve.
