Installation Option
Diagrams illustrate standard and "no-show" installation options, including water outlet and wall power outlet (GFCI) placement.
Steps for Installation:
- Install the matching three-way angle valve: Mark the center line of the sewage outlet and install the valve at a suitable position on the wall.
- Rough-in template installation: Align the cardboard with the centerline of the drain outlet and draw the outline according to the cardboard.
- Installation of battery box: Remove the male end of the battery connector, connect the battery connection wire to the female end of the power-off flushing battery box connection wire, and place the battery box in a suitable position behind the ceramic.
- Mounting bracket installation: Assemble the mounting bracket with bolts and install it to the pre-installed flange plate, then lock tight with nuts.
- Ceramic toilet installation: Install a sealing flange into the drain outlet and install the ceramic toilet on the corresponding position.
- Screw installation: Put the screw through the fixing sleeve and install it through the holes on both sides of the toilet ceramic to the mounting bracket. Install the decorative cap on the fixing sleeve.
- Connect the hoses: Connect the water inlet and angle valve of the toilet with the matching hose.
- Silicone caulking application: Apply silicone caulking to the edge of the toilet base and wipe away any excess.
- Add foam agent: Pull out the filling box, use a filling funnel to add foam liquid into the filling port. Close the sealing cap and press tightly, then push the filling drawer to the end. Use special foam agent for smart toilets.
Preparation:
- Turn on the three-way angle valve and check for leaks.
- Plug in the leakage protection plug to a power socket and press the reset switch. The indicator light will illuminate. Press the TEST button monthly to ensure proper operation.
- Self-inspection: The buzzer will beep, and indicator lights will turn on, indicating the self-test is complete and functions are normal.
- Activate Foam Shield Function: Long press the "FOAM SHIELD" button on the remote control until foam emerges. This primes the foam shield for first-time use.
Parts Identification
Diagrams identify the various parts of the bidet toilet:
- Left Side: Lid, Bumper, Foam shield filling drawer knob, Seat, Ceramic toilet.
- Right Side: Nozzle shield, Dryer shield, Front washing, Rear washing, Spray nozzle, Night light sensor window, Touch the sensing area with foot (optional).
Auto Open/Close Lid Function
The intelligent toilet can automatically open and close the lid. This can be controlled via remote or foot sensor (if equipped).
- Approaching the toilet: Seat lid opens automatically when user enters the sensing range.
- Leaving the toilet: Toilet lid automatically closes after a period of inactivity.
- Standing up to urinate: Seat opens by remote or hand. After use, the toilet lid and seat automatically close after detecting inactivity.
- With Foot Sensor: Touch the sensing area with foot to open the lid, open the seat, or close the seat and lid and activate a half flush.
Maintenance
- Shut off power supply before maintenance.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to clean. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive sponges, or brushes.
- For spray nozzle maintenance, turn the knob clockwise to extend the nozzle for cleaning. The nozzle can be removed and cleaned separately.
- Filter Maintenance: Turn off power and angle valve, unscrew the angle valve nut, remove the filter net, clean it under running water with a toothbrush, reinstall, and reconnect power.
Emergency Troubleshooting
Power and Water Failure: Fill a bucket with water and flush the ceramic bowl manually. Avoid water spilling from the bowl.
Failure of Remote Control: Operate via the knob on the main unit.
Battery Replacement: Remove the battery box, separate covers, unplug the battery cable plug, replace the battery pack, and reassemble. Ensure correct polarity. The battery pack is customized and must be obtained from the manufacturer.
Product Unused for a Period of Time: Drain the water to prevent freezing, especially in cold weather.
To Discharge Water: Activate flushing, turn off the angle valve, unplug electricity, disconnect the hose, drain water, and reconnect. Consider adding antifreeze to the remaining water in the bowl.
Troubleshooting Table:
Problem | Cause | Solution |
---|---|---|
No water from nozzle | Water supply hose kinked; Angle valve is off; Water failure | Straighten hose; Turn on angle valve; Restore water supply |
Poor water spraying | Water supply hose kinked; Angle valve not fully turned on | Straighten hose; Turn on angle valve fully |
Low water temperature | Water temperature not set properly | Adjust water temperature |
Low seat temperature | Seat temperature not set properly | Adjust seat temperature |
Low dryer temperature | Dryer temperature not set properly | Adjust dryer temperature |
Dryer not blowing | Standby mode | Switch to functional mode for dry function |
Spray wand cannot retract | Power off; Stuck by impurities | Push back wand and power on; Remove impurities |
Spray wand cannot stretch out | Power off; User not within sensing area | Turn on power; Adjust position on seat |
Remote control cannot display | Battery direction incorrect; Low battery | Reload batteries; Replace batteries |
Malfunction of deodorization | User not within sensing area; Deodorization continues after user leaves | Adjust position on seat; Normal operation for odor removal |
Foam shield has small amount of foam | Foam agent run out; Air in foam shield line | Add foam agent; Execute "pumping" command |
Manual flushing cannot work during power failure | No or low battery | Replace batteries |
Power cut off, no flushing, night light flashing | No or low battery | Replace battery |
Caution: If the power leakage protection switch always trips, it indicates a product leak. Disconnect power and contact service providers.
