Before operating this appliance, ensure it has been properly installed according to the appliance's Owner's Manual.
The display screen on the dispenser control panel enters "sleep" mode after 2 minutes of inactivity. The first button press reactivates the display without changing settings.

Your refrigerator and freezer controls are preset at the factory to the "mid-setting," indicated by three illuminated bars. The factory-recommended set points are 37°F (3°C) for the refrigerator and 0°F (-18°C) for the freezer.
IMPORTANT: Wait 24 hours before adding food to allow the refrigerator to cool completely. Adding food sooner may cause spoilage.
NOTE: Adjusting set points to a colder setting will not cool compartments faster. If temperatures are incorrect, check that air vents are not blocked before adjusting controls.
Preset settings are generally correct for normal household use. Adjustments should be made cautiously, waiting at least 24 hours between checks.
