This manual provides instructions for using the Daiso TWS004 True Wireless Earphones. Please read the precautions carefully before use.

Product Overview and Features

The Daiso TWS004 are touch-control wireless earphones. They offer automatic power on/off when removed from or placed in the charging case, and manual control options.

Charging

Charging the Charging Case

Connect a USB Type-C charging cable to the charging case's USB Type-C port. The charging case LED will blink during charging and remain lit when fully charged.

Charging the Earphones

Place the earphones into the fully charged charging case. The earphone LED will blink red while charging and turn off when charging is complete.

Charging Case LED Indicator (Approximate)

• 25%-50%: One LED lit
• 50%-75%: Two LEDs lit
• 75%-100%: Three LEDs lit
• Fully Charged: All four LEDs lit
• Low Battery (Blinking LED): Charge the charging case.

Earphone LED Indicator

• Charging: Red blinking
• Fully Charged: Off
• Pairing Mode: Alternating red and blue blinking
• Power On: Blue lit
• Power Off: Red blinking

Splash-Proof Performance

The earphone main units are splash-proof, but avoid exposure to sweat or water, as this may cause malfunction. The charging case is not waterproof.

• Do not expose to liquids other than fresh or tap water.
• Ensure the product and hands are dry before charging.
• Not completely waterproof; do not intentionally splash or submerge.
• Do not leave damp; this can damage speakers or batteries.
• Do not dry with a hair dryer or heater.

Power On/Off

Turning On

• Automatic: Remove earphones from the charging case.
• Manual: Press and hold the operation touch sensor for 3 seconds while the power is off. The earphone LED will light blue.

Turning Off

• Automatic: Store earphones in the charging case.
• Manual: Press and hold the operation touch sensor for 5 seconds while the power is on. The earphone LED will blink red and turn off.

Power Saving Mode

If communication with the connected device is interrupted, the earphones enter power-saving mode. If they cannot reconnect, they will turn off automatically after a few minutes.

Pairing and Connecting

Initial Pairing (Registering to a Device)

1. Remove both earphones from the charging case. They will automatically pair with each other, and the primary earphone will enter pairing mode (LED blinks red and blue alternately).
2. On your connecting device, go to Bluetooth settings, search for "DAISO_TWS004", and select it to complete pairing.

Automatic Reconnection

Once paired, the earphones will automatically connect to the last paired device when removed from the case.

Pairing with a New Device

Disconnect Bluetooth from the currently connected device, then repeat the initial pairing steps.

Troubleshooting Pairing Issues

• Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
• Verify your device supports the earphone's Bluetooth profile.
• Delete "DAISO_TWS004" from your device's Bluetooth settings and try pairing again.
• Move away from other electronic devices that may cause interference (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, microwaves).

Operation

Touch Controls

Gently touch the operation touch sensor on the earphones.

Left-side Operation Touch Sensor

• 1 press: Play/Stop Music
• 2 presses: Previous Song
• Press and hold for 2 seconds: Activate Voice Assistant
• When receiving a call: Answer/End Call
• When receiving a call: Decline Call

Right-side Operation Touch Sensor

• 1 press: Play/Stop Music
• 2 presses: Next Song
• Press and hold for 2 seconds: Activate Voice Assistant
• When receiving a call: Answer/End Call
• When receiving a call: Decline Call

Note: Next/Previous song functions may not work when using only one earphone. Operations may vary depending on the connected device and app.

Maintenance

Wipe the earphones and charging case with a soft, dry cloth.

Important Precautions

• Do not use while operating vehicles or in hazardous environments where hearing is crucial.
• Avoid prolonged listening at high volumes to prevent hearing damage.
• Do not disassemble or modify the product.
• Protect from extreme temperatures, humidity, and dust.
• Keep away from fire and heat sources.
• Supervise children during use.
• Dispose of according to local regulations.
• This product uses 2.4GHz band frequency and may be subject to interference from other devices.
• Do not use in hospitals or near medical equipment like pacemakers.
• Consult your airline regarding in-flight use.
• Batteries are consumable and will degrade over time; this is normal and not a defect. Batteries are not replaceable.
• If not used for extended periods, charge at least once every 6 months.
